Mellow Mushroom Fleming Island

Called the day before with a party of 23. The manager told me it would be fine they said just make sure you call ahead. Our party was at 6 I called at 4 they said it would be fine. We waited until 7 they were not accommodating at all. They sat multiple tables in what they said would be our area while they told us to wait. We ended up waiting an hour outside with little kids and our elderly parents for an hour. Not once did a manager or waitress come out to apologize or ask if we need anything. We ended up going next door to hurricanes to celebrate my son’s 16th bday and will not be back. Very upsetting.

Service was AMAZING but the wait for food was an hour and it was not busy. Food was subpar at best too.

Have missed MM these past 6 1/2 years since my stroke in 2018. Calzones have always been my favorite. And to say it was even better now would be an understatement! It was absolutely delicious!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: There was lots of room to maneuver, although I didn't venture to the restroom.

We were the only customers in the restaurant, and it took over half an hour to get our entrees - one slice of pizza and a half sandwich. The waiter was attentive at our table, but never checked on why the food took so long. Finally we asked the manager where our food was, and we could tell by the cook’s reaction (which was in our view) that he hadn’t even started our order. No apology or compensation for the incredibly long wait.

Quality experienced management and service employees made watching the Jaguars Game and letting mom's great grandchildren, grandchildren and children spend quality time with her a just right balance outside on the deck. Thanks for making her feel relaxed and comfortable with all the activities. She bragged about enjoying those baked chicken wings on the way home and even though we didn't win she was proud of our teams efforts.
This is important because sometimes we over do it and she's too polite to tell us she's ready to go home until she's unhappy. Something we now recognize and understand. Thanks so much for letting the youngest amoungest all the way up our family tree enjoy your environment, food and staff. It means a lot.

We frequently visit Mellow in Fleming, but we came in tonight to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. We had a group of 8 (mostly teens/kids) and Stephanie was fantastic! She handled our order quickly and perfectly.
