UPDATE: 12/16/24:
This location was quite busy when I arrived and small group of people were taking their time in ordering. I was not in rush, but the cashier greeted me by my initial (my Panera account does not list my full first name, just initial). He asked if just a coffee as he was pulling the cup off the stack. I let him know I could wait, but this group was spread out across the cabinet and yeah, they were taking their time. I wrote my number on a napkin. I’m part of the Sipping Club, so that was all they need.
The urns were full of coffee, as were the creamer pitchers, sugars, Splenda, etc.
A couple minutes later he brought me my receipt. That simple gesture was much appreciated. Kudos to him.
End of 12/16/24 update.
First off, I am here often, a member of the sip club or whatever it is called (they hooked me via a “please come back” offer. The cashiers know my phone number and start to key it in as they see me walking through the door. My cell is quite easy to memorize so yeah, good on the FOH staff.
However, the same cashiers also oversee the coffee area, which sadly, more often than not has empty urns. I understand getting slammed, but there have been visits where the urn(s) is/are empty for over an hour.
Today I purchased a Pick 2 combo for dine-in
Autumn Squash soup
BLT Chicken Avocado Sandwich
The cup of soup hit the spot quite well. The sandwich, I will order it again to see if today’s was just a fluke. I deconstructed it because it was quite messy.
I wish I had taken photos of the layers because seriously, there was almost no avocado (was a smear) and the cheese was not a slice but appeared to be broken into many pieces. Bacon was plentiful.
I was there around noon and sadly this store does way more business via drive-thru than dine-in, so it almost always appears dead inside. For that reason the dining room should be at least tidy. Nope. Yes, the tables are wiped cleaned often, yet there is trash on the floor.
The bathroom was as clean as could be expected.
Next visit I will take some photos of my order.

They’ll struggle to read your order and they won’t always include everything in the bag. But you can definitely get some food from here. Might not be right, or a whole order, and you may have to wait 20 minutes for an order correction when the store isn’t busy but definitely a place you can get food from.
The older lady ''Kay'' that is always working upfront at the cash register taking orders is so rude and not helpful at all. She always turns what could be a good panera experience into a bad one. I will no longer be going to this panera because of her. The quality of food is also declining

Just go somewhere else. Terrible staff, terrible food, terrible all around. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Although we loved our food, we found that spending over $50 for a couple of soups and sandwiches was a little expensive.

I love Panera. But, the last couple times I've been there, my order has been wrong. Tonight was no different, except I ordered "to go". When I got home, and was able to open my order, I saw one of my sandwiches wrong (I ordered 3 different sandwiches), & all my chips were missing.

Thrown bagels in a bag sliced open with the toppings everywhere. Not a great experience at the drive thru.

Food is hit or miss here; usually a miss. If the order is correct, it's likely to have been slopped together regardless of what time of day. My visit today, however, was more concerning. I ordered a coffee and being an employee of Panera some 10 years ago, I know to check the 2%, creamer, almond milk for what time they were changed. It was 3:30PM and they read 11:25AM. Yikes. Make sure to check these so you don't get sick. Half salad was okay... probably wouldn't be much to complain about back when they were 3 or 4 dollars vs 7. Half Frontega was not good. I assume they swapped out the old chipotle mayo for something smoked and nasty or the line worker just said f' it put something orange on it. tldr; just go to Fresh Market or Tom and Bettys if you want a good sandwhich/salad and there's plenty of better coffee options within a half mile.

Always out of basic products and it’s never prompt, taking forever to get anything you order.

A delivered bag of luke-warm garbage. I'm embarrassed to admit this is my 5th time ordering as if by some miracle the quality will change. They ALWAYS forget an item, baguette, utensils, or items in my sandwich, etc. This time, I ordered the brocoli soup bowl, which was only half-way filled & someone added water to the soup, so it was super-thin. The prices are far too expensive for the lack of quality & the forgetfulness of items.
Garbage.

AC not working so I did not stay and eat.
Your AC is broken still. Close and get it taken care of. Putting your employees through that for what.. like a week now? You should be ashamed
