Really good comfort food! We enjoy this restaurant
Was in the area and came in to try some Panamanian food. They didn’t have beans so I tried the rice with lentils. I also got a beef stew and some fried plantains. I ate all my food. It was delicious thank you. The fresh lemonade was good too.
I absolutely love this place! Amazing food, amazing people, super cozy. So sad it was closed today and I really hope everything is alright. Let us know we you open back up pleaseeeeee.
Marinated chicken was so delicious! A must try restaurant for the flavorful foods !
Best barbecue pulled pork sandwich I have ever had! The woman working at the counter was very nice.
What an amazing restaurant. The food was absolutely extraordinary. Just a gem of authenticity. My family and I loved it!
It’s been over 15 years since I’ve had Panamanian food, and this brought outstanding memories. Highly recommend the stewed chicken, you’ll be impressed with it. Thank you to the gentleman that served me and his cooks
Great breakfast!! The people were sooo sweet and the food was EXCELLENT!!
We had the best experience and the best food...
This place has fantastic food and the service is very friendly. They guided me to what I could eat with a food allergy and we're extremely helpful. We tried several items that were unfamiliar, and they were all amazing.

We had a lovely lunch at Salomas Panamanian Cuisine after a morning hike, and it was a great choice. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff was welcoming. Every dish was traditionally prepared and absolutely delicious—clearly made with care and attention to traditional flavors. Highly recommend stopping by Salomas Panamanian Cuisine for a super tasty meal!
Wonderful home-cooked food in a spotless environment. The owners couldn't be nicer. The chupinpollo is my absolute favorite.
Wonderful small family owned eatery. I stopped by for lunch on a Wednesday and was blown away by how good the food was and the lady working there was extremely nice and answered a few questions we had. Me and my wife ordered a chef salad, chicken soup and Pollo Chupinpollo (chicken entree) with waters and shared our food. Everything was super fresh, cooked and seasoned perfectly. The chicken was deliciously moist and fall off the bone tender. As you can see in the picture you even got a chicken breast in your bowl of soup. The price for our meal felt extremely fair and the portions were large and left us feeling full. About $35 before tip was the cost of our meal.
We were big fans of cuban food before this and the Panamanian cuisine shares some similarities, like Patacones are basically Tostones but with a different name. And the Pollo Chupinpollo is very similar to a Cuban dish if you replaced pinto beans with black beans. We loved our visit and we will definitely be back to this place soon!
My friends and I enjoyed eating at Salomas this evening. I had the roast chicken and it was very flavorful and moist. The side dishes were also excellent! The food tastes like what you’d have if you were eating with friends in their home. Our server was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Can’t wait to go back with my family!
