Really canât stand this location. I wanted to make it my go to smoothie place after my Saturday workouts but I just canât give any more chances to this location. Please train the staff better or hire better employees. They usually are all very nice but there is absolutely no sense of urgency, one smoothie takes 20 min, if I order ahead itâs never ready or they âlostâ the ticket, etc. so many excuses and I wonât give it another chance. Last Saturday I ordered ahead and it wasnât ready when I got there so I asked them to cancel and refund the order they apologized and said they would. Itâs Monday now and the charge is still on my card and when I called I was told in store employees canât issue refunds and I had to call corporate⊠very irritated and overall just wonât go back to this location until changes are made.

I went to get a smoothie at 8:30pm. I was informed the location was closed for cleaning.
Hire more staff. 32 minutes to wait for two smoothies is just way too long.
