Last month my coffee was not prepared correct. This has happened more than once at this location. I called and spoke with a manger, she took my name and told me I could come back and get another coffee. Today I visited this location and ordered a cinnamon dolce with vanilla sweet cream hot, grande. When I got to the window, I explained I had a credit but if it expired, I would pay. The young lady turned to a taller older woman and let her know of my request. She asked if I had the app… no I don’t. She turned to the gentleman that had taken my order, and ask him if he knew of a list/credit. He said no. The older lady said it’s okay and was removing the charge. During this time this gentleman impatiently reached across the young lady at the window (whom was very polite) with a piping hot latte and WET fingers to hand me, without a sleeve. I grabbed the coffee because he was literally holding it with his wet finger tips. It could have spilled or dropped on the employee or myself. I then asked for a sleeve. Also, when the latte is hot, I know the right amount of sweet cream was not added, it tends to cool the coffee. Once the latte was cool enough to enjoy, of course it wasn’t prepared correct. I totally dislike bitter coffee!!!! I will so kindly pass this location to go to orange park location where my coffee is always prepared correctly, the service is never rushed, and request are fulfilled!!!

Generally a lovely place. I’m sad to write this review because this one isolated incident from an absolutely horrible staff that was working on oct26 Saturday evening. So rude and unkind after accepting she won’t even turn around to answer. Why work this job?

Came in today and even though it was crowded and busy, Logan and Ali were killing it with their awesome customer service! They we're moving everything and everyone along quickly, smoothly and with a smile! Everything I ordered was perfect, thank you! Logan and Ali 😁

Terrible experience today. Whoever was working on 8-21-25 sucks!!!!!!! Came in and paid for my drink and never even received it or my money back!!! Workers were rude and unhelpful :(((((

So the drive thru is more important than anything else? I ordered ahead of time and had to wait an extra 20 mins in store for my mobile order. I had to ask about my order and still wait after letting them know I was there for over 20 minutes. Im not even exaggerating. I watched the drive thru get serviced the whole time I was waiting. I watched everyone thst was in line and atleast 15 more cars fet serviced prior to them even acknowledging me in the store. Fix this. This is ridiculous and why I stopped coming to Starbucks. The drive thru shouldn't override EVERYTHING. I got out of my vehicle and came I side to wait longer than I would in line in my vehicle. What?!?! You really need to fix this issue and not have a patron have to wait and watch everyone else enjoy their coffee while they wait for theirs!

Good evening I just there did a mobile order for a summer berry refresher and when I got home to drink it they put coconut in it I am allergic to that. I have been calling and calling no one answer the phone. That’s bad business. I live in lake Asbury so driving back to Fleming Island not today. Can I get this fixed
