Today, my husband and I ordered subs from this location. When we entered the building, the guy with the long hair was very cordial. I don't know his name but the guy with the two fingers was rude and nasty. His customer service was horrible and I want the manager to know. The two fingered guy needs a new job, maybe a janitorial position because that not how you treat people. He didn't even role my husband's wrap correctly but the other guy did.

The service was absolutely terrible, made the sandwiches wrong and then proceeded to act like it was my fault, they guy with the ponytail is so unprofessional. Super rude attitude from the moment we walked in and I can sorta understand not being happy with the fact there was no air conditioning in the building, but that being said there was no reason to act that way.

This is how much cheese I got on my togo sandwich. All I gotta say is with a sandwich with only 2 things on it you would think they would put a good amount. And the customer service to my mom picking up the order was unbelievable. I called and spoke to a manager and he said they are told to put one ounce of cheese on the sandwich unless you ask for extra. My subway in green-cove makes my sandwich perfect everytime and I never have to ask for extras. Its just this establishment.

Ordered on the App. First sandwich was correct (it was only Turkey and Mayo) Second sandwich was made wrong they didn’t toast it and added mayo for some reason. Had to drive 15mins back up there to get my sandwich remade and a refund

Teach your associate to read Instructions. Iplaced an order and asked for 2 things.... mayo on both sides of the bread and cut the sandwich into 4. They couldnt do either.Teach them how to talk to customers too. They were kind of rude when asking for mayo and when asking them to cut the sandwich again, they handed me a knife to do it myself. The A/C doesn't work and I heard the associate complaining about heat exhaustion. I asked for my drink I ordered. He said cups are over there. Don't take your issues out on the customers!

I went to subway and got the bogo50 deal on two ham subs, both subs had rotten tomatoes and spinach on them. I did the survey and the owner responded back saying "he passed the feedback on to the team". How does this fix my issue of my lunch being ruined? I just feel this location has poor food standards, serving customers rotten vegetables and yet the owner doesn't even offer reimbursement. I will be contacting the BBB. I am over spending money on food for it to be disgusting and inedible.

I don't know who's a little blonde hair guy is in there with all the zits on his face that can't even look up and talk and greet people when they come in the store, but he is horrible!!! When I tried to ask if he was having a bad day or he didn't want to be there because I was gonna cheer him up.. He proceeded to go off on me and call me names. I really hope youbdint talk to your oarents or grandparents that way.Playing on a cell phone while making my sandwiches and freely drinking tea while he's preparing food. When I asked for a manager no one wasn't charge... When I ask where the number was to contact the owner by law They're not allowed to give that number out. Gentleman didn't have a name tag in or i'd report his name on this page. Actually neither one is a guy is working in there had a name tag on. And the blonde hair little boy had his hair hanging all over.. No hairnet. I am sending an email to the subway corporate office.... Maybe they'll be able to give me the proper information.

From start to finish the absolute WORST service I’ve ever received! I don’t normally leave a negative review!! First- we walked in at 9:15pm with one employee sitting in the counter playing on his phone and another employee with head down on the table asleep. Both seemed annoyed we were there! Neither listened to my order causing them to make one of the subs wrong and tried to place toppings not asked for on another. They also decided to lock the door at 9:30pm when the door clearly says they close at 10pm. When asked about this the lady said they start their closing at 9:30- unacceptable! You start your closing at 10!!!! When you close!!! I would highly recommend not patronizing this location as it is evident they do not care about quality customer service.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this is unacceptable. I ordered two subs off the app, one being “The Monster”. This is suppose to come with meatballs, cheese, pepperoni, and I ordered spinach. What I received is laughable. I opened my sandwich to find pepperoni, red sauce, and spinach. NO CHEESE OR MEATBALLS. I attempted to call the store not once, not twice, but THREE times and no one answered the phone. I don’t know why because the store was empty when I got there. Extremely upset with the experience, I will not be going back and will share my experience with anyone who brings up Subway.
