We love subway, but I feel as if the customer service needs help. We’ve had two incidences while trying to get our food. One was when we went around 7:30 PM, and the door was locked. The young lady saw us standing outside while she was at a table, and walked past us to the back and then mouthed “we’re closed”. We tried calling and they did not answer their phone. So we had to call the OP location to confirm closing time, and get us into this location. This second time we went in, an older lady, very thin, with light brown hair (wish I got her name) was completely rude. Never spoke a word, and just had a terrible attitude. Slamming the side door (almost closing my daughter’s fingers in it), throwing our napkins/receipts. I told her I had two coupons and she snatched them right out of my hand without a word. As we we’re leaving the older lady laughed and said “lord give me strength”. I would’ve said something, but having my daughter I didn’t need any problems. We’ve eaten here a few times just for the vegetables/cheese to look bleh.. for a subway in Fleming Island. It truly doesn’t represent our community well. Will not be back to this location. Sad :(

Jessica was the only employee at 11:45, and it was quite busy between people standing in line and online order pick ups, but she handled it like a rockstar! She greated everyone as they entered and was very quick making the subs all while keeping a great attitude and a smile on her face!

This is the worst subway ever. It's dirty, they don't make your order correct when you order online an then won't answer the phone. Rude employees.

The women who helped me were very kind and understanding about my dairy allergy and were all around super helpful. I live in the area and will definitely be back. Cannot go wrong with Subway!

Fleming Island subway is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. The staff are rude, the sandwiches are not made well and not heated properly. The staff gave us attitude just by asking a question about a drink and
chips. Don’t waste your money or time here. By far the worst. Not something you would expect in Fleming. The staff acted like run down drug addicts who hate people and look dirty. The food was disgusting and normally subway has good food. I’ve worked at subway before and they were ridiculous.

Check your ice cup for black mold...bread wasnt that great and didn't seem fresh. The Subway at the Walmart in Starke is way better. Nice lady thought.

My family and I just tried to have lunch here and the gentleman making the subs was clearly very upset to be there. When we told him we were getting 3 subs he slammed paper down and basically threw the bread. We left because who knows what he’s done to the food. Never go here.

They weren’t speaking loud enough, short snappy questions and answers, clearly in a bad mood. I understand food industry is hard and things may be tough in your personal life, but don’t let it affect your work and don’t take it out on others.
Transaction was around 6:20-6:30pm on January 16, 2025, didn't get the name of employees, as they didn’t have their name tags on.

Went to this location 3 times this week. Employees are cool but don't know how to portion. All 3 times I'm getting a bread and somewhat veggie sandwich what was supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch. I just left and you can't really tell that there is chicken on it. With a sprinkle of lettuce 2 spinach leaves But I'm paying 17 dollars for a footlong with little meat and veggies.

Today, my husband and I ordered subs from this location. When we entered the building, the guy with the long hair was very cordial. I don't know his name but the guy with the two fingers was rude and nasty. His customer service was horrible and I want the manager to know. The two fingered guy needs a new job, maybe a janitorial position because that not how you treat people. He didn't even role my husband's wrap correctly but the other guy did.
