This place just sucks! It gets worse every time. I ordered a craving box and my gordota crunch literally had barely any meat on it. Similar experience the last time we ordered several weeks ago. They also hardly put cheese on any of the food. For what TB charges now, the quality is not there. Such a waste!!

Worst cashier ever, let me stand there for 5 minutes, while she stood around, then this wonderful young lady and a little on the big side, came out of the back and helped me, her smile and attitude was the only good service I received, she was very attentive, while the smaller girl just stood there and smirked and giggled at customers as she watched them, I was told her name was Sarah when asked

I was on my lunch break and I order three bean and rice burritos they had a promo for a free item for ordering through their app. I got a beefy five layer. They gave me another bean and rice burrito instead of the beefy five layer. It was disappointing. Unfortunately didn't have time to complain about it because I had to get back to work.

Good food, use the app to place orders and earn freebies. They do have free wifi & plugs to hook up chargers. In the evening they don't seem to pay as much attention to special requests. Getting Cinnabon coffee has become haphazard. Weekends seem more consistent, but during the week it's been either too sweet, other times you can hardly taste it. Sometimes the coffee is really strong.
Vegetarian options: You can replace meat with black bean when they are paying attention.
Parking: Free, can accommodate long vehicles, & has handi cap spaces
Kid-friendliness: It's taco & fast food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have space near the door with a side walk ramp
I know it’s Taco Bell however this one in Fleming Island is the exception to the rule. Super friendly staff, always clean and the food is not just just slopped together it’s actually better than most Mexican Restaurants I’ve been to.
Says 6 am opening time but multiple people and multiple times we are told 7 am. The sign says 6am they should probably make a decision and let everyone know.
