The Loop Restaurant

The food was very good. Soda machines out of 2 sodas, no utensils in utensil cups - there are 2 locations & the only thing in all of them combined was 3 butter knives. When I went & asked for utensils, the lounge lady asked me if there were any in the dispensers, I said no. She gave me plastic utensils. The staff were all gathered behind the counter talking & laughing loudly, very irritating to customers. Oh, utensils were still not replaced when we left. No more Loop for me.

We stopped in today. My 1st time my husband 2nd time
I got the bbq bacon chicken sandwich with broccoli. Delicious. Chipotle BBQ is good, sweet with heat. Husband got a burger with steak fries. Delicious burger
We will be back. I love that i can get broccoli or a salad as a side just not fries.
Staff was super helpful.

Place is in a shopping plaza, has plenty of parking. Place was clean, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They serve coke products. Got a loop burger with cheese and steak fries. They ask u what kinda cheese u want and hiw u want it cooked. Burger is flame broiled on a sesame seed bun and was cooked to perfection, fries were cooked great as well. The staff seemed nice although they were extremely busy for a early wednesday night. Will definitely eat here again

Though there is no table service, the counter service is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The atmosphere is quiet and good for talking. Plus, the outside area was inviting and clean. Plus, the food was very fresh and delicious.

While my ticket was shuffled and I had to wait a little longer. I got to drool over the delicious looking burgers coming out. I will ne back for a burger. My bacon artichoke pizza was beyond delicious. The crust was the lightest airiest I've had in a long time. Flavors exploding in my mouth. The right amount of saltiness for the olives and artichoke and the richness of the basil pesto. Run dont walk!!

Usually love this place. They have great food. However we ordered a burger and soup with grilled cheese on a Monday at 3:00 and waited 30 min. We saw several to go orders come and go and some UberEats pick ups and still no food. We asked for a refund and they said the food was being prepared but that is just too long to wait for counter food. We decided not to eat there on that day. Please prioritize people in front of you. We had a small uncomplicated order. Disappointed.

Food is usually good. The price requires close to perfect. The chicken sandwich was buy one get one, so I got two. Both were thin, overcooked, and rubbery like it was microwaved. For three times the price of other places it should be much better… Chick-fil-A never makes these mistakes lol. They take new orders before handing you your take out order. Workers can be rude (multiple locations). Not worth the price.

This truly upset me today but because I love their soups, salads and pizza, and everyone is always soooooo nice, I will deduct only one star. But I truly expected top tier from you guys and these nasty, overcooked, dry frozen Tyson chicken strips is NOT IT! Please take this mess off of your menu unless you can use fresh chicken! $20 wasted. :(

The chicken wraps are amazing and the onion rings are on point! My husband and son both demolished their burgers chips and fries. We had to wait a little bit for our food but was worth it! Price is a little more than McDonald’s and much better quality for sure.

The Loop Restaurant has one of the best burgers I've ever had!

Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—this burger hit all the right notes. I also ordered the onion rings, and they were crispy, golden, and full of flavor—an excellent side that complemented the meal perfectly.

The atmosphere was clean and casual, and the service was quick and friendly. If you’re looking for a consistently great burger spot, The Loop delivers. I’ll definitely be back! Ask for extra mayo
