I said yes to the review rather than no because I do like the atmosphere and food for the most part. My problem is the service is painfully slow no matter how busy. Last time I went I ordered a dozen oysters for an appetizer and the server made a point of asking g steamed or raw. 20 minutes later our entree was delivered no oysters ! The server said she didn’t hear me! I won’t go near the place on the weekends their service is abysmal then. When she forgot the oysters it was dead just a few people
Our office lunch, 35 heads was delish and enjoyable and the sevice quite spot on.
Thank you, Whitey's Fish Camo
adam who is like 7 feet tall is amazing. definitely an asset to this company and is the reason i will definitely be back. give my man a raise
Great service and atmosphere, need to work on their core product fish and shrimp should be way better, taste like frozen and the shrimp is overcooked and smells, need to get some pointers from ,Shrimp Shack on how to cook fish and shrimp. Field trip for the chief.
Food is okay, beer is never cold enough, but the vibe is perfect. Pull up on your boat and enjoy the sunshine. My biggest complaint is honestly that draft beer is room temp and the utensils, and cups etc are plastic when food is priced high enough to afford glassware and silverware. I will say the stuffed flounder is Amazing though. Either way I continue to come back time and time again.
Highly recommend
Our family was passing through while on vacation and decided to swing in for lunch on our way home. We were told to sit anywhere, so we chose a nice water front booth. We were there for around 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to seeing us, but we notice a couple sitting behind us, who showed up well after us, who had already gotten their drinks. After asking the bar staff if we could get any service, a very polite and apologetic waitress showed up to serve us. We asked about a few dishes that we seen online and we were told that they are no longer available. All the food we did order was deep fried, with a lot of the oil still in it. Even the one plate that wasn’t deep fried, had a decent layer of grease on the top of it. The worst part of our visit was when we were using the restrooms on our way out and we had to go INSIDE the restaurant. Everything wreaked of cigarette smoke! It was absolutely disgusting. This seems like a “good ol’ boys hang out”… complete with confederate flag decor on the walls. It’s unfortunate the location is amazing and it has a ton of potential.
Something good for the family 🙌🏻

Whiteys used to be one of my local favorites. I’m not sure what happened but our food and service was terrible last night. The waitress never came back and asked us how our food was. Not to mention the added in 20%gratuity. Very disappointed in the food and the service
