They never answer the phone at this location. I tried many times at different times on different days. I submitted an order on the app. I had proof of the order being paid and I was at the right location. They said oh well they didn't have it. This is not a location I'm always near, so they had me leave my number after calling their manager on the phone. No manager ever called me. My bank couldn't do anything because the charge was just pending for 5 days. Finally once it cleared the same day a refund went through also. The only reason I knew about it was from checking my bank because we were just planning to dispute the charge since nobody was answering when we called. Definitely BEWARE using the app. It's like they are forcing customers away from the coupons on the app. There are definitely coupons and savings online that most stores turn away so I'm assuming this is what happened here.
