This is a rather large Chick-fil-A with two dedicated drive through layne's. It's located in a more rural area of Southern Dade county, so the traffic and the parking is not a huge issue.
If you guys like macaroni and cheese, this place has the best Mac and Cheese that you'll ever buy at a fast food restaurant. They also have wonderful smoothies and milkshakes and ice cream Galore. This type of ice cream taste totally different from McDonald's or Burger king, it's much more high quality and black sugary? As always, the service at Chick-fil-A is top-notch, they really go out of their way in making the customer happy. Thank you Chick-fil-A!

Definitely one of the worst Chick-fil-A's in the company for customer service. And the time the food has to be served takes forever in a day even when you do the mobile thru! Definitely need more training and need to listen to what the customers order.

Slowest drive-through in America the food was lukewarm after we sat in the drive-through line at the window waiting for our order for 25 minutes. I know they have bad days, but we were the only one in line. They just didn’t seem to be a lot of care for the staff to push customers through.

Exactly what I would expect. The food was fresh and made to order. The staff was super friendly and looked like they enjoyed working there. I was fortunate to be offered a free lemonade that was made in error. I love their salads! This is one of the only fast food restaurants that offer some healthy options. I'm super appreciative that they have these choices.

We were there twice during Nov. 4-18. Both times the food was excellent, and the service was top notch. We interacted with a person who had just been promoted to a supervisory position; I believe her name is Val. She did a great job helping us, and we could see she was training others in a calm and professional manner. Bravo!

We recently visited Chick-fil-A and had an outstanding experience. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to the young blond manager who has been with the company for seven years. The food was of excellent quality—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
We also had a very pleasant conversation with the manager, and his approach to our situation was more than professional. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely human. You truly have the right person in the right position, and we hope the higher management appreciates him as much as we did.

This Chick fil A can’t get it right to save their life. My order is never complete. They forget sauces, napkins, forks, everything. I’ve gotten sandwiches with no meat or no cheese. I’ve paid for fries or hashbrowns that just never show up. The bags look like they packed them in the dark. I guess checking the order is optional here.
