My daughter and I were out shopping at Claires when we stopped to chat with the two girls at the counter about the ear-piercing process. They were both so kind, patient, and informative. They explained everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. We originally planned to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her 12th birthday in December, but as we were leaving, I had a change of heart and decided to get mine done first to show her how it all works. (My daughter is autistic, so new experiences like this are a BIG deal and can feel very overwhelming for her.) The girls, Emilee and Melanie, did such a wonderful job with my ears that my daughter begged to get hers done too. I was hesitant at first, unsure how she’d react or handle the process, but I ultimately said yes. I only said yes because I trusted Emilee and Melanie completely. They were so gentle, patient, and never once pressured or rushed her. They let her take her time, answered all her questions, and made her feel safe every step of the way. She chose to go through with it, and they even pierced both ears at the same time to make it easier for her. They truly went above and beyond to create a positive experience — one that I honestly didn’t think would be possible. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness they showed my daughter. If you’re ever thinking about getting your ears pierced, I cannot recommend Emilee and Melanie enough. They made a very special memory for my daughter. She called every family member to let them know about her experience. She is so proud and I am so proud of her! Thank you Emilee and Melanie!!! ❤️

Yesterday I called Claire’s previously to ask if there’s anyway that two people can do my granddaughter‘s ear piercing at the same time. She’s eight years old. She’s very timid and anxious and Beverly so nice accommodated us and she had a great experience. I just wanted to thank them. She’s very happy everyone there helped her feel better. Visited yesterday. Melanie was such a help! She made sure to greet me as soon as I entered the store and directed me to all of the deals and promotions. I found so many great gifts my for nieces. She really went above and beyond for me.

I went during regular business hours and when I arrived it was closed with a sign that said that the employee was on brake, after waiting for about 20 minutes in front of the store, the employee came out saying that at that moment she was going to take the brake and with an unpleasant attitude ?

I wanted to put my baby's first earrings there. Although I had already bought the earrings at a jewelry store. They explained to me that they had to put the ones there, assuring me that they would be made of gold. More than $60 dollars for her earrings and they weren't even gold. After 1 month, with all the hygienic care and the perforation did not heal. It only got worse. I took them off and put my earrings on the baby. The next day they were cured. I put the Clairs ones on and my ear stung. They were not gold. Poor my baby! I thought it was a normal part of the healing and I had allergies. Inside they said: metal! They would have notified me and I would have taken them away after a week, not more than 1 month as they told me there, selling them to me like gold. I would have bought the piercing gun myself and it would have been cheaper and better for my baby

Had my daughter get pierced last week here and it was a wonderful experience. First off, the employee was so nice and welcoming! The young lady who pierced my little girls ears was named Kayla I believe, she was so beyond helpful throughout the entire process! She calmed down my daughter when she was nervous and was very patient and sweet. She did a great job piercing her!☺️

Melanie was very informative, patient and I saw how she maintained everything hygienic after each piercing that I went through with it. I'm glad I did !!! I highly recommend Melanie to anyone and this location has great options for baby earrings. My princess cried for less than 10 seconds and she fell asleep.

THE best Claire’s location with THEE ABSOLUTE BESTTTT staff members, a huge thank you to the lady in the photo for being so helpful, informative, & helping make such a core special memory piercing my baby girls ears. ? She took the time to listen to my concerns about the prior piercing hole and she gave us placement options before hand, super professional as if I was in a tattoo/piercing parlor. Also a younger cool colored (greenish mermaid) hair girl on the same shift was super sweet when helping the customers, just an all around good Claire’s with good staff. ?? ?

Totally outraged, I traveled from Kendall to get to this place and arrived at 8.45 pm and MELANY, the worker or manager of this place, for leaving early told me that the system was damaged and she could not attend to my daughter who came to buy her accessories.

The staff here was great, and help my wife and all with any questions we had. It was extremely easy to get our ears pierced and they were knowledgeable about how to clean the ears to avoid infection. If you are planning on getting your ears pierced I recommend this location.

I am a person with a lot of anxiety and I talk a lot, at all times they treated me very well, they answered my questions, and even though my English is not that good, they helped me with everything I wanted and looked for. The AM Griselda Bocanegra assisted me, she gave me the second screen. Very kind! He answered all my questions, helped me choose the place where my earring looked best, and as soon as he put the screen on, I felt almost nothing! It was super fast, the customer service was super good, super delighted, I recommend the place!
