Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We had a small problem but everything was handled perfectly. The food and service is wonderful! When the attitude is the customer is priority number one, we know we are eating at the best restaurant around! Thanks!

Waitress was very slow and didn’t pay attention to her order. And the food took forever to come out, but the food was good and there was nobody in the restaurant.

I’ve been coming to this Cracker Barrel for years and the service was always good but my most recent visit was horrible . To start we check in the hostess . 30 minutes pass by after being told 5 minutes . Ok no worries then we go up to the hostess inside she says our name is not even on the list ok cool . Another 20 minutes pass by and we finally get called . So we get to our table thinking finally we’re going to eat . 20 minutes pass by no one comes to our table . Finally a waiter comes and says he’s sorry that the person in charge of the section is new . So I’m like ok . We put in our order . An hour passes by and nothing . At this point I’m fed up and ask for the bill . Truly a waste of my time . Don’t know what’s going on in this Cracker Barrel but I won’t be coming back anytime soon .

Food took too long, the pancake were very thin and not atractive.Poor food presentation.

Went to Cracker Barrel to get a roast beef dinner. They don't serve roast beef anymore. Bummer.

Parking: Kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed. Took forever to get our food.

It took 45 minutes for the pancakes to come out and they were cold. Very disappointed! Not the server’s fault. He was very apologetic.

Worst experience ever the food took like 2 life’s to arrived to the table and was coming between 15 min each other the server was just putting food on top of the rest of the appetizers I went with my family and we had worst service experience ever and the most incredible part of this not even the manager took care of us good food horrible customer service

Sad to say my worse experience with this chain, business was slow, service for slow, and the staff was arguing amongst themselves, in view of the customers.
Not sure if they have staffing issues, but there are some other places to eat in the area that were better.
I am a consistency person, and this location is not consistent with the other location.
Hopefully just a bad shift at the location

Entrance through the store, payment upon exit. The rest is ok, not very impressive, the fries were frozen, which was the first time I've eaten there. A large menu that you can get lost in, two types of side dishes to choose from (instead of fries, it's better to take potatoes). The steak itself was not impressive, the price was ok - 24 bucks. We waited quite a long time, it was a nice place to eat on the way. Just to come especially, not very much. You'll find better ones nearby, service ok.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Waited an hour for food, was told many things we ordered were not available, ordered corn bread that came after the meal but it was biscuits not cornbread, told the manager about our experience but they didn’t seem to care. We left in a grumbly mood. Didn’t go there for breakfast the next morning because the service was so bad

Not the great waiter experience. Took awhile to come to the table. Somewhat hard to understand her English. Finally took our order. Delivered our biscuits but never noticed we had no utensils. Waited another 5 minutes for her to wiz by from delivering an order and had to stop her to ask for utensils. Had to ask again for extra napkins. We both had food we'd eat with our hands. Extra napkins should just be supplied. Then no revisit to see if food was OK. Waited for check and asked for to go containers. Those at least came quickly. Could have been a much better experience.

Our early dinner was positive. Evelyn, our server, was sweet and attentive. The food flavors were on point but my guest did have to send back his steak for being overcooked and not as ordered (Medium) It came back cooked perfectly. Jose, the Manager checked in with us to ensure our satisfaction. We love the atmosphere at CB's. It's like stepping back in time in Old Florida when times were simpler:)

My waiter was all over the place, not focus on getting my order correct and I had to keep telling him and reminding him of my order did not get me proper eating utilize and was late
