Domino's Pizza

We dig the ‘za. Always a good bake and right on time. Shave one star because ordering online (I’m lookin’ at YOU domino’s tech!) is a pain in the mozzarella sticks. For the love of Mario, paying with your card or app sends you straight back to level ZERO 😭😅

This place has a sign stating they close at 1 am on Fridays and they closed early. This is a shame. Why post the wrong hours if you are not going to work it. Someone needs to look into this asap

This location takes forever and seems to never get anything correct
I suggest they find new workers cause they have bad staff who can't even seem to pick up phones

But my biggest complaint is today Jose the driver nearly ran my foot over with his vehicle
I'm still waiting for someone to contact regarding that matter but I heard from a employee there he's had many complaints similar to mine that happened today

They never pick up

Can I have a job as a manager . I would fire all the ones making that place trash and get a new set of workers

This domino's do not deserve a star from at all I'm being nice . I put a order in for 2 pizza I gave the guy a name he gave me a price of my order my husband went to pick up the pizza it's was not ready there wasn't even a order place for what I had order there is no customer service there at all

Service was great ordering online til my food showed up and couldn't get it because the delivery driver didn't have change . Food was $25 I was going to give him 40 to pay for my order then tip out of the change . Sure looked good on the website

The pizza was good but too dry, the service was nice and friendly and the atmosphere would be better if there were seats, which I understand is not possible due to the small space.

The order Noemi make was a disaster. The pizza they sent was not the one I ordered, nor had the toppings. The delivery driver Aaron was good.
Update on 1/14/25
I ordered two pizzas, a large Hawaiian one and a medium one with two toppings that were free because I gave my required 60 points, but then they charged me two dollars for the pizza that was free, I am very unhappy with this lie and abuse.

I called and waited an hour and it didn't arrive, I called and they told me they canceled without notifying me, I ordered it again and it didn't arrive, I called them and they told me they couldn't and they refused to pick me up, I don't know why. Terrible service is the worst of the worst👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worst dominos on the planet.

I had ingredients missing from my order, I called and they told me if I wanted a credit or to pick up another pizza, I said I would pick it up and when I arrived they didn't deliver it to me even though it was already ready, because I didn't bring the other one which They never told me to do it. I had to eat a pizza that I didn't want and they wasted my time, and they preferred to throw away the already made pizza than to give it to me. terrible service
