Great coffee prepared at this location. Sucks that they always only have one person working and its a young man. GET MORE PEOPLE!

Came on a Friday morning around 9 o'clock. The entire team was so disorganized and confused. I ordered a menu and the components were then issued individually. This was obviously also done with others, so that things were constantly being called out as ready but nobody understood that it was their order as everyone expects to receive their COMPLETE order bundled and not in individual parts.
Also, the sales room and tables were dirty. The toilet was in an unacceptable condition, clogged and there was no toilet paper. The sink was also completely filthy.
Would not recommend.

Stopped by to grab some donuts. Donuts were great as usual. The lady behind the counter should think about her attitude…

Ordered thru DoorDash, store cancelled claiming they never received my order. Was refunded, ordered again 10 minutes later. Called store, they said they didnt receive my ordered yet again. Claimed to have everyone’s orders but my specific order. Terrible customer service, always a terrible experience. Hope this store has a whole rehiring or shuts down

Terrible customer service. I went in with my daughter to get frozen iced coffees and a sandwhich.
Gentleman at the register hands me 2 iced coffees. And I told him I ordered frozen coffees and he very rudely said that I did not that I ordered iced coffee (which I know 100% I did not) to avoid confrontation I accepted it and told him to please add a few pumps of liquid sugar when he handed it back it had granulated sugar on the bottom.
This location needs better employees and better customer service training.
Will not be coming here again.

There were more than 5 employees, none said hello or made eye contact with me , when the only male worker finished preparing something for the previous cust ,without even looking as t me made a gesture with his face like meaning "what do you want" took my order and handed it to me and that was the end of it. They have no cust. Service as skills or desire to help at all.

The service is quick and the coffee is tasty, as are the snacks offered. Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired - you can see garbage on the floor, which spoils the overall impression. Still, if someone wants something sweet and hot coffee, it's worth visiting.

when we called one of the workers and asked to sing a song she said some unkind words to us about her wanting us to harm ourselves

THIS LOCATION IS NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!!!
imagine finding out Dunkin is giving one free doughnut to veterans on veterans day and you show up in the afternoon and there is not one doughnut available not one. Imagine being that cheap and not caring enough to make more doughnuts to give out to veterans wanting a free doughnuts and being that stingy to want to give away a free doughnut that you don't even make doughnuts for paying customers.. us vets fought for your freedom and we fought so you can have the freedom and ability to own a business and sell doughnuts bc of veterans your not moving in a communist country and this location is so cheap they couldn't even bother to show appreciation and make sure every veteran could enjoy a free doughnut. That's the least you could do for what we did for you... You know how much money you lost especially with your paying customers and you had your employees you also had to pay standing there with an empty store with nothing to sell ??? I went to 3 other Dunkins in the area and they all had doughnuts they even gave me 2 free doughnuts.. that's appreciation for what veterans did for this great country.. do better Mr franchise owner def not coming here again to buy anything.... Stay away from this location fellow veterans this location don't care about us ????????
Small order took forever.
Staff mood really down.
Everyone looked at me when I cross the door and rolled their eyes.
Really bad and creepy ambiance.
