went at 12:20 to get chicken and fries. I guess they didn’t want to cook because they close at one. They told me they didn’t have no fries nor chicken breast. I feel like they just didn’t want to cook because they close in half hour maybe they should let Customer know that 30 minutes before they closed they don’t have everything you asked for only leftovers who the hell doesn’t have fries

Trash experience - does not matter if you go thru drive thru or order inside. Have come here multiple times and I am an idiot for ever believing this place has improved and worth revisiting.
The food order is wrong - every time.
The food is terrible - Taco Bell has never tasted this bad.
The customer service - They are nasty, untrained and slow. The average time to order and get food here is 25-30 minutes…from a fast food drive thru? At least once you order you are trapped in the drive thru and cannot exit.
Inside the place is always dirty best case.
I do not know how they have any stars no less 3.5. I don’t expect anyone at this location care to about my review, but maybe I can save whoever reads this from stopping here. Just look around you and go anywhere else.

Haven't had KFC in awhile... Best chicken strip I've had in a long time!!!
The young, Hispanic girl who works the drive thru absolutely needs to work on her customer service skills. She’s always rushing and didn’t even give us a chance to finish ordering before she gave us a total, if you don’t enjoy your job I’m sorry but it’s not our fault. If you got the service YOU give you’d hate it as well.

Everytime I order here through the app they never have my food.. the app said 5 15 minutes I left to get gas cashier advised that they didn't have crispy and that I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes cant cancel through app because the window was so called closed but again I had to wait an additional 30 minutes over $17.15 I kept getting transfered with no help and again they're holding my $17.15 hostage.. its always easy to pay for something but hard to get the money back

I order at KFC today with my family, the Customer Service was awesome,everything was clean and arranged, and the food was delicious. A huge Thank you to Zoey for her help , she got a lot of patience with us even after a customer was acting crazy saying that's she doesn't have customer and give customer dirty look , i don't know what was is problem and her manager did want to understand that she don't do anything you can see in her eyes how sad she was , I hope you will keep your smile Zoey and Your great customer service. I will came back for sure .
