Had to back up to the window to advise we ordered for 3 people. Once we received our order & drove away, one person received the wrong meat. He wanted fish like the rest of us but got chicken. Unable to return due to time frame since we were on vacation.

Went at about 7:30 you can tell that the grease they used was burnt because there is black dots all over my food. When I broke a piece of the fish apart it looked like it had been fired multiple times. Fries aren't fresh. NOTHING IS FRESH! I'm also missing two pieces of meat from my meal. I tried calling no answer and it makes a noise like it's a fax machine.

Went here at at 8:50 and they said they were closed and wouldn’t serve us. The sign said they closed at 10:00 and dinning room door was locked. I don’t recommend because they make up the hours they want to work.

Pull up at 845 after a long drive back home to the keys and they tell me they're closed but it says 10. Super unprofessional and not like any other long johns we've been to. Fire and rehire people who actually want to work

1 stars was generous. I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! Everything we ordered was burnt and all the same color. The pop was flat, the fries were cold and soggy. For what we spent the garbage can ate good. Never again.. Sad thing is this restaurant use to be good. Not fit for human consumption.

This rating and review is entirely based upon this locations closing time....I pulled in between 7&8 pm on a Friday night nonetheless only to be told they were closing......WOW just can't understand why????? Especially when they're located on a strip with every other fastfood chain known to man ?????? ?

The only Long John Silvers in Miami Dade County! Food always made fresh. Prices larger and portions smaller - already feeling the inflation changes!!! Team always friendly. Considering they prepare food to order (it seems) the drive thru moves along quick! Will always take some of this food home when I am down this way! Prefer the fish to the chicken. Steer clear of the desserts too! And don't forget to ring the bell!!!

This is the best of all the Long John's I've been to. Meals always are hot & freshly made. Although, I was slightly disappointed they didn't have bbq sauce for the chicken tenders... I'll just make sure to bring my own next time !!

Dirty grease. Food tasted like everything they cooked for last month. Requires mask to dine in no mask offered. No mask sign. Bathroom dirty falling apart. Tables falling apart. Easy to see why they had almost zero cudtomers
