5 stars only because it is exactly what we expected to get, while road tripping and tasted exactly how we thought it would. Not bad though, not too greasy and tasted good, to be honest.

The worse Mcdonalds in South Florida. Two days in a row trying to order food at night DURING OPEN store hours. Most of the time they just slow it at night and down pass on online orders to many others. It shouldnt take 6-7 people to get the online orders much less just to get cancelled after over an hour of waiting for it to get picked up. Online service is complete trash. Definitely need more staff or just stop pretending to accept online orders so i wont be wasting my time waiting. Don’t recommend ordering anything from this store after 10. Horrible.

Food was good. I waited at the counter for a refill on my Coke and two workers passed me saying nothing. When I finally got a worker's attention, I asked her if I could get a refill. She turned around to the machine, pushed 2 buttons and walked away. She never told me anything. Not quite sure how they are trained for customer service but that isn't right.

Placed an order online almost an hour ago-here waiting for over 45 minutes for them to bring order out. I’m not able to go inside to get it otherwise I would have. I thought ordering online would be a fast way to drive up and retrieve my order. Wrong! Almost an hour I g wait and I’m still waiting, this is beyond ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru got chicken tenders and was supposed to get a chili sauce cup with it and I asked for sweet and sour sauce but didn't get any sauce so the tenders were dry and sucked. The burgers were ok better than Key West location.
