If you don't read English correctly, you can't eat, I went to have breakfast and tried to place my order in English, we are in the USA, AND I COULD NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER, the employees saw me and laughed among themselves, they didn't try to help me. I left saddened by the failure but I couldn't appease my hunger. OH I FORGOT, THE EMPLOYEES WERE OF THE RACE THAT SUFFERS A LOT, ACCORDING TO THEM FOR RACISM

What a horrible experience at this restaurant took over 30 minutes to make one double cheeseburger with extra tomatoes + pickles and then the manager would even look me into the eyes to apologize for me when I asked for a refund. If you don't speak English, you might not want to go to this restaurant.

I put an order online and waited forever to get it , finally went to the counter and asked if anything was wrong but the girl went to take the trays to two different tables and finally came and told me that they were going to do my order next , normally they are slow with the online orders and they do have people that work hard , but those who don’t slow everyone else.

This place is a joke try to work here and the manager has to do interviews not available come back next week lol more early..so this is how they try to commit to employment I don't want nothing from a company that threatens you like you time does not matter ..but oh well ...Keep it up ..

I bought dinner . Got home and open my apple pie box and it had a bite on it . Thank God I didn’t open it thee other way . . This establishment has deteriorated. I have been goin here for decades. Now there fries are usually cold . Burgers sloppy , Buns soggy . I didn’t even want to eat this tonight . But I’m not feeling well . And my husband went there cause of our kids . I would never go there again . And advice to anyone please inspect your food . There’s a lot of playing around inside .
Drove this way because it showed this location was the only 24 hour but when I arrive, they had two big yellow cones blocking the entrance of the drive-through which I don’t understand because there’s a ton of cars out there. They need to update their hours because they’re clearly not operating 24 hours wasting peoples time

It is impossible to get an order in this particular location. Twice now it has been over a half hour to receive an order. I understand rushes happen and high volumes of orders happen. You’ll spend less time driving to another location further and getting an order there.

Disaster. Team is completely overwhelmed and incompetent. Ordered Quarter Pounder with cheese and there was only a hamburger in the packaging. We still haven't received part of the order after 50 minutes. Waiting times extremely long.
