Shut this place down! I would rather just go to the gas station next door to get food. At least they are attentive and you're in and out. This place has no more than 3 employees working and the hardest working team member was the kiosk. Staff was too busy talking on their phones in the bathroom rather than helping with the massive line in the lobby and in the drive through. When the female staff member finally got out of the stall, she didn't even bother to wash her hands. What is the point of even coming to work if you're going to ignore your customers and act miserable all day?This place is disgusting, poorly managed and needs to be shut down!

Took 40 minutes to still not even get all our food. Every single person, including drive thru customers, were coming to the counter with food issues. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

First time here traveling thru area from key west. It was very good. They cooked to order and brought it out to us. Excellent service and the food was above average all the way.

How is it 24 hours? In the morning they barely open at 615 every time, late as always….
Everything was okay, food was tasty, clean. Ordering took a while.Parking: Lots of parking spaces right in front of the restaurant.

McDonald’s usually does it right but this location unfortunately has just been a disaster time after time. When I order online food comes either stale or not as ordered. Cookies have been burnt several times, and staff could use some training on hospitality. with the increasing prices McDonald’s is priced the same as a traditional restaurant but the service is still very sub par. Unless things change it looks like I’ll have to go else where with my business

They did not have enough change to give me the correct amount and ask me if I would settle for less. I told them no. So they all just turn their backs and walked away and left me standing there. No food, no service. The attitude of these people is it just amazing. I wouldn't go to this place on a bet.

Stopped here for breakfast before going to the keys and ended up throwing it out. Absolutely disgusting the food they serve people all the food was old. A mc griddle is supposed to be fluffy like a pancake what I got was hard as a rock and when do the Macdonalds survey you can't even upload pictures you would think this location would be better considering it seems to have a high volume. I could barley squeeze the mc griddle bread I would stay away from this Macdonalds and just go to the one in the keys it's definitely not worth stopping here at all.
