The first staff was super friendly to us, including my kids. But the second staff was the worst and I ordered a medium coffee, asked for cream and sugar, but she just grabbed the coffee pot and poured whatever is left inside to a cup, which was only 3/4 full, with no sugar and cream. Don’t advise to go.

We usually come to this McDonald's because the food is always fresh and the fries are very crunchy. However, today we were waiting to be served by the cashier, who was Josselina, the manager. She was handling cash while also helping to organize the food into bags, placing the nuggets on the tray and pushing them into the box with her bare hands, without using gloves. Given everything we've experienced and supposedly learned with COVID-19, this is unacceptable for us.
