On 11/27/25 visited the store around 7 pm I made the line for 30 minutes when it was time to order they didn’t have most of the menu the service is terrible

This lady with No smile and No customer service skills at all was the reason there was a line up in store. She had No sense of urgency at all! She’s just placing rice and noodles in a box with her head down, No eye contact and not understanding the customers what the customers want and how big of a group it is. She’s just lining things up for other two girls instead of making first group of people pay up etc and finish within their order. Food was sitting on the counter for literally over 20 mins that when we had our food, It was ice cold. I didn’t wanted to go back and complain about cold food. This girl should be removed if you want better reviews and better customer service for Your restaurant! Definitely not coming here and waiting over 30 mins just to get my food and it’s cold!

Please steam the brocoli. And please get take out bags or containers that can be cealed for delivery orders. My food I got was very little portioned and the drinks were stuffed in the same bag with the food plates tied in a knot. Separate the bottled drinks. And ceal the delivery orders for safety.

This place is great. It is always busy and there is a line most of the times but the staff makes sure the customers are served fast, you don't really wait that much. The longest time I ever waited was 5 minutes, to wait for fresh rolls. Always a great many and many options for everyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I ordered an item, and only after serving my food did they tell me it would take an hour to make. Jennifer kept pushing me to pick something else, even though I said no. When I came back an hour later, they were still rude, and the server gave me just one piece of orange chicken. I’ll be reporting this to corporate. Avoid this place.

The young ladies serving are very rude, they don’t answer questions, they ignore you and have a really sour face, as if they hate that job or don’t like working there. I stopped going there and so has a few of my friends and family. This place used to be so different a few years ago. I don’t recommend this Oanda Express to anyone looking to enjoy their meal and to have a nice moment!!
Don’t get me wrong it’s okay good… it really is. When you’re extremely hungry and want something quick but not enough to take the risk of ordering mystery nuggets and fries that make you question your existence… Panda is a good get.
They run out of the popular bites pretty early on so make sure you get there when they just filled the pans.
Orange chick-un good. Mushroom chick-un could use a bit of flavoring.
The sodas are huge but for a price.

This Panda Express is one for the books! We stopped in with our 5 kids and of course the picky eaters (who have eaten here before) decided they didn’t know what they wanted. The server allowed them to have samples of both of the chicken entrees so they could decide. Made them feel extra special and made sure we, the parents were taken care of as well. We sat down with our grab and go meals and one of the kids spilled his meal on the floor. I cleaned it up and apologized profusely to the server- who not even blinked and re-made his kids meal. She checked on us and made sure we were all good. Exceptional service and a great location!

I just finished ordering from Panda Express and spent over $20 on food while stopping in to eat during a move. Unfortunately, the experience at the Florida City location was really disappointing.
When I asked for wrapped utensils, the cashier told me they were only for online orders and refused to give me any. Instead, I was told to use the unwrapped utensils at the counter — which were dirty and completely unsanitary. This is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one serving food for dine-in customers.
I’m not sure why there would be a policy that reserves clean, wrapped utensils only for online customers, but it makes absolutely no sense and reflects poorly on your customer service and hygiene standards. Management, please get in contact with me about this — this issue needs to be addressed.
