Order an item and never got it. Been waiting literally over 2 hours to speak to someone and no answer. I just want my refund but can’t get ahold of nobody.

This store always delivers in food and service! The food is always cooked just right, and the customer service is always excellent. Super happy to have them close-by for ordering.
Horrible. I ordered something expensive and they gave me crap. They don't offer refund. This place made not want to go to pizza hut anymore.

????????This store is the worst thing ever, unprofessional, I placed an order and when my husband went to look for it it never showed up, when I called to ask they told me we are going to transfer you to the store and they never transferred me ????????

Walking in thinking about any other pizza place yet I was in for a surprise, starting off with a great service and the place could be updated but it was clean overall. They asked me how I wanted the pizza cut up and I requested into big slices if they don’t mind, and technically I got what I asked for. Very welcoming environment especially with the little faces on their name tags. The pizza was good better then good if anything something to die for, but I guess they were right “no one can out pizza the hut” most definitely coming back.
I'm a big fan of Pizza Hut's thin crust offering. This location was carryout or delivery. No dine in. I arrived during the dinner rush and they were slammed. Despite that, staff was friendly and got my order ready quickly. Not inexpensive ($17 for a medium one topping) but super tasty and lots of of pepperoni. Highly recommend.

Ordered online and went to pick up. This was just a last minute kids bday party ? extra pizza ? order. Basically, I wanted more finger foods for the party and this was close by, unfortunately. Not only did they get the orders wrong, they overcooked the pizza. This isn’t the first time this location had screwed up (served terrible food to me). The kids at the party were really excited to get more pizza ? but this was embarrassing to try to serve. The guy at the restaurant decides not to remake my order-instead, he decides to cook pepperoni ? in the microwave and place it on the hard, over cooked cheese pizza that they have given us. All I ordered was pepperoni pizzas- and they couldn’t even get that right. I was willing to wait, being patient and kind, not wanting to disappoint the kids at the party, but no-they gave me cheese pizza and once I mentioned that it’s not what I ordered, they checked my order and decided to cook pepperoni in the freakin microwave and hand place it on top of our pizzas and then hand it back to me. I thought it was very ghetto and dirty of him to do such a thing. I’ve never seen a Pizza Hut with such low standqrds with no expectations from their employees-it is obvious that this is a franchise. The hiring manager needs to be fired bc they continue to hire and train this type of thing-the only way to revive business (I see the other bad reviews) is to start fresh with a new set of quality employees that are not necessarily comfortable on the job but aim to produce quality product and serve with grace. What u have now is nothing. The employees here, it’s pathetic, ’I’m to classy to ever step foot in this location again. Ridiculous. ?
Ordered $60.00 worth of pizza and wings order said it would be here by 6pm , that was not the case I called to see where my pizza was about 10 minutes later was told there where running behind my pizzas was on its way ?? 30 minutes later pizzas arrived , got a call Monday morning from a lady that said she was a manager she asked what had happen I explained to her she said I’m very sorry I will make sure you care credit you 60 dollars for your next order make sure you use it because it will expire in 30 days we’ll j call yesterday a guy answered ask to speak to a manager. He told me he was a manager. I gave him my phone number to see if my credit was on there. He told me know that that credit wasn’t on there. I told him what happened and he said no you’re not getting a credit I will never use a Pizza Hut ever again !
