Unfortunately the food keeps getting worse, at 1pm got a family meal take out the chicken was so dry it felt like you were eating jerky, also the fried Yuca was Not Yuca they were balls of practical raw flour emitating Yuca, I keep hoping they improve but it gets worse

Placed a mobile order and once I arrived to pick it up they tell me they closed because you ran out of rice and instead of calling to inform me or giving me a refund the manager tells me I have to call customer service which was another 20 min hold. Super unprofessional and inconvenient. A simple apology would have avoided a negative review.

So disappointed. We paid almost $40 for two tropichops, one soda and a large portion of fries with not even 15 fries. When we ordered the Tropichops, the employee didn’t even ask us if we wanted any toppings so we literally paid $15 for rice, a few beans and 10 mini strips of steak with nothing else and $10 for the other chicken tropichop again with nothing toppings. We weren’t even given a receipt! I am so dissatisfied.

Brush up on your Spanish. I could not communicate my order. It was missing black beans, avocado and plantains. No one was helpful. One girl tossed an unsliced avocado in a cup and placed it on the counter. No eye contact or conversation. Too much work to get back in line for missing items in my meal. I usually stop here when back and forth from kw. Last stop for me. Customer experience should always come first 👋

Went in to Pollo Tropical to get takeout for dinner as we were staying nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the size of the meals we received. Will definitely keep this place on the list to visit again.
Wheelchair accessibility: Off street parking and a ramp to restaurant.
It’s crazy how rude and sarcastic the cuban chick at the window was. She couldn’t stop complaining about not wanting to be there and how the cars wouldn’t stop rolling. The food is fine but the service is terrible

I waited 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done. (I ordered online.) There was also uncooked pieces of rice. The other food was delicious though.
In all the tropical chickens that I go to they give me two portions of rice in this one, only one and cut and they charge you the same and the quarter of a chicken looks like a chicken that has just been born. If they don't improve, I see them badly.
