Fried plantains were burnt and tasted terrible
Staff pretty apathetic. Made it clear, as I observed waiting, the customers were there for them, they were not there for the customer. A “why are you bothering me“ attitude. Most waiting were ignored until they realized you were not going away, mostly because you had already paid on the app. This is a mangement issue. Work culture starts at the top. Love the food, not going back. The manager needs to learn or be replaced. However I will saywhen your clientel is mostly one time passimg through tourists, they likely could care less if they never get a repeat customer.
Very good food. Nice staff!
I asked for fried Yuca & they kept bringing me RAW yuca. Looks like PINEAPPLES
The absolute worst one we have visited. Pooly designed drive through and God awful service On more than one occasion the inside staff would simply ingnore you while discussing dating and shopping.
Bring back the Mojo sauce, otherwise always great
Great pollo 😋
Food is great. Garlic cilantro is the best
The vibe was busy & hyped up. If they changed the music it would probably slow down a bit
Buy grilled chicken cu fried one is frozen but grilled one is fresh and tastes better , garlic Sauce is why I keep coming here for
Restaurantji Recommends
Love how helpful the staff are. I always go there for dinner
You can't go wrong with Pollo. Everyone loves black beans 🫘 and white rice 🍚 together with your choice of chicken 🍗 for a fraction of a restaurant. Right before you get into the keys, your last chance! Now open until 12am!
Food was awesome, but they forgot our Yuca fries in our take out order.
We drove 3 hours from key west to this Pollo Tropical because we wanted the coconut shrimp. We where rudely told they didn’t have that. We decided on number 4 instead - but then told they didn’t have steak either. Really, they didn’t have anything apart from rice and a bad attitude. You’re better off driving 8 minutes more to homestead for pollo tropical.
I'm sorry I don't remember the name, but is was excellent
