Staff pretty apathetic. Made it clear, as I observed waiting, the customers were there for them, they were not there for the customer. A “why are you bothering me“ attitude. Most waiting were ignored until they realized you were not going away, mostly because you had already paid on the app. This is a mangement issue. Work culture starts at the top. Love the food, not going back. The manager needs to learn or be replaced. However I will saywhen your clientel is mostly one...

You can't go wrong with Pollo. Everyone loves black beans 🫘 and white rice 🍚 together with your choice of chicken 🍗 for a fraction of a restaurant. Right before you get into the keys, your last chance! Now open until 12am!

Went in to Pollo Tropical to get takeout for dinner as we were staying nearby.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the size of the meals we received.
Will definitely keep this place on the list to visit again.

Wheelchair accessibility: Off street parking and a ramp to restaurant.
