My company entered into a written business agreement with Red Crab Juicy Seafood. After the agreement began, they stopped meeting their obligations and we have been unable to reach the owner, Alexander, despite multiple attempts.

This has been our experience, and communication has been extremely difficult. Based on what we went through, I would not recommend doing business with them.

Awful fried oysters were overcooked, overbreaded and tiny in size. Seafood paella was very good but pricy at about $50. Wait staff were friendly and responsive.

We visited for lunch, and the place wasn’t crowded at all. The seafood was delicious, and the fries and wings were also great. Service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful.

bad service, not so fresh seafood, overcooked, super small portion, and disaster experience on thanksgiving. btw, your bill is automatically included with service fee and tax for it.

After waiting for 1~2 hours, got disgusting food. The shrimp wasn't fresh and had a lot of dark spots on it, tasting like macaroni. A 1 lb snow crab was only 2/3 the size of a 1 lb snow crab at other restaurants, not fresh as well. $20 fried rice ended up being a small bowl without even being stirred evenly. Not the end. The bill came with an 18% service charge and asked for more tips. I came for the 4.7 stars, maybe it needs to be corrected.

Had to give a star to submit the review. Our group visited this location on a Tuesday night. When we arrive, there was approximately three tables in the restaurant. After two hours of waiting for our food to be served, we asked the waitress how much longer it would be. She responded 15 minutes. At that point they started to bring out one meal to each couple in our group, while the other person in each couple never received their food. Adding insult to injury, the meals that were brought were disappointing in quality and temperature. Our group overall had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this location. Other customers as they were leaving, were commenting to our group that they also experienced an extraordinary wait time and poor quality of food that was being brought out in addition to very slow service. I do not recommend anybody to go here even on a weeknight.

The experience did not even deserve the star I gave them. Our group of 5 couples were there for over 2 hours on a Tuesday to only receive 1 meal per couple. After bringing out a couple of appetizers, we kept hearing 10-15 minutes, but the entrees came sparingly. It was like she would bring food after hearing us complain. 5 people in our group never received food! You can understand slow service if the restaurant were busy, but there were only 3 tables occupied other than us. The manager was our server, and gave more excuses than service. SAVE YOURSELF, and your time and money.

The shrimp pasta was okay, but slightly bland. I ordered the regular size pina colada, but was charged for the XL. When I inquired, I was told they only have one size, although the menu clearly stated otherwise. It took almost an hour to get my food. My waitress took even longer to bring my glass of water, which I reminded her about twice. I tried to extend grace and patience since she was pregnant. However, she repeatedly checked on the other tables around me, even those who came in quite a while after me. I also asked the host for a glass of sweet tea. My waitress delivered that with my water. It was indeed not sweet, so I did not drink it. I was charged for it. I also noticed that the card reader was in Spanish. The guy who came directly after me had the same experience. We looked similar, and did not speak fluent Spanish. It seemed that our service was different from the other patrons, who spoke Spanish.
