This morning I went to this location to get a nitro cold brew. Which is a coffee I order every morning . The employees there were arguing with me saying that there’s suppose to half foam in the coffee cause it’s a nitro. There was literally 75 % foam in the cup and 25% coffee. I told them they needed to maybe fix there tap and they said it’s suppose to be like that and they didnt want to give me a fixed coffee. Horrible customer service especially paying 7$ for a coffee

I drink Starbucks everyday and I get a nitro cold brew everyday and today is the first time that staff has argued with me about it. I ordered a grande nitro cold brew and when they poured it and the foam finished rising the cup was 50-60% foam 40-50% coffee I have never had a nitro that 50% of the cup is foam after it settles and 4-5 staff members arguing with me saying it's like that. I have a nitro everyday and it's roughly 5-10% foam 90% coffee. Terrible terrible customer service. At the end they changed it out for a regular cold brew but continued to state nitro is like that.

Generally during the week the Am shift the people are super nice and they have no problem solving your problems, but the Am shift on Sunday March 9 is completely opposite and they give bad service, I ordered my coffee as usual and the ice in another glass, they gave me the glass of ice and a shot of coffee seemed ridiculous, they told me that this was the policies I asked for a decent coffee and they gave me one more shot, I had already paid and they agreed to make me another coffee and in the end they put ice inside the same way and they gave me They charged a dollar and a little more, I think it's unusual to pay 8 dollars for a glass of ice, I never have problems with other workers but today people behaved strangely, it's ridiculous to pay so much and you don't have the option to change anything, Starbucks only sells you ice, I will never come back on a weekend Am

I am upset with the service at my local Starbucks due to ongoing issues with one specific barista. Months ago, she came to me and told me that I couldn’t customize my drink and that I had to order it as listed on the menu and then add or subtract whatever I wanted, but it had to be based on a menu item. Mind you, one of the biggest things about Starbucks is that customers can customize their drinks however they want. I didn’t argue with her because I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for the past two years, ordering the same exact drink every day. But I found it very upsetting that she approached me and told me this out of nowhere. So, I started going to other Starbucks locations in my area instead.

Eventually, I decided to come back to my local Starbucks because I didn’t want one bad experience to stop me from going there. But every time I order my drink now, she never fills it up properly. All baristas wear headpieces and hear the customers' drink orders, so it’s easy to recognize a regular, especially someone who orders the same thing every day. She knows it’s me, and yet my drink is never made correctly. I pay for a venti size regardless of the ingredients, yet it’s never filled to standard.
I have never had any issues with any other baristas at this location. In fact, they make my drinks beautifully full, overflowing, and with clear care in their work. But with this one barista, it’s always an issue. If she doesn’t like making my order then she shouldn’t be the one doing it. Another barista can make it instead.As a single mom, I don’t spend money on myself This is the only indulgence I give myself. My Starbucks coffee is the one thing I genuinely look forward to every day, and it’s not like this is free. I pay for it, and I expect it to be made correctly,

I thought Starbucks is supposed to provide great customer service. However, the one in Florida city does not go through the drive-through you order multiple sandwiches and all they do is give them to you in a stack and look at you crazy when you asked for a bag and they’re fallen all over a car People need better customer service Traning specially, for the prices they charge and it’s our fault for constantly going back

7 am in the morning and this place is dirty: floors not clean , chairs full of crumbs, dirty windows. I thought starbucks had universal standards of a clean and neat place, but apparently not this location.
