Very disappointed with my order, one they got my order wrong. Second they didn’t do my drinks correctly. I got the gingerbread chai, tasted like straight water. Spent over 22 dollars and all of my 3 drinks were done incorrectly.

I Love Starbucks but they need to improve customer service specially at pickup desk, we were missing one drinks and they didn’t even hesitate to ask what were we waiting for till the manager asked them to do it , you get there and they basically ignore you

I would like to take a moment to recognize a few outstanding employees at this location — Andrea, Sonila, Dave, and Tra’shell. Their customer service skills are truly top-tier. Every time I visit, they are consistently polite, helpful, and full of positive energy.
Even when they’re not all working together, each of them brings such great energy to the store. But when they are together, they make a phenomenal team — they feed off each other in the best way possible. I always make sure to tell them how much I appreciate the wonderful job they do and how great they are to me and my daughter.
I genuinely feel they deserve acknowledgment for their exceptional service and the positive atmosphere they create. I’m truly pleased to have them as part of the Starbucks team I visit regularly.

So I’m not a fan of writing bad reviews so, I’m truly sorry Starbucks but if I don’t then my drinks won’t get right.
Starbucks has been my favorite place to go for yummy drinks and snacks and It’s too expensive, for me at least, to get a messed up drink 9/10 times. By the time I take the first sip I can’t turn back because of traffic and then it’s a waste of my precious money and time. Either hire people who care or you’ll lose more costumers like me to Dunkin.
FYSA, I always go to the location near Baptist and they too are disappointing.
Expensive! $26 for a sandwich and 2 coffee ☕️. The sandwich quality was meh.

Always have a pretty good experience here. With today being the first day of the PSL season, my order came out promptly and the older man at the window who greeted me was very poised and polite. Made my experience that much better. Also got a cutesy message on my drink. Good job to the staff and management for doing great on such a hectic day of the year for them!

Don’t come here early morning especially if you’re in a crunch before work. They are super slow to be considered fast service. They need a faster morning team. 10 minutes in the drive through isn’t it for coffee!
