Apparently it’s common to have the employee here not even acknowledge you when you walk in and just do more online orders 🤦♀️ I left after a few minutes of standing there while she was pretending I wasn’t there. After reading the reviews she does it to everyone and doesn’t care. I wonder why corporate doesn’t care

Ordering from this specific subway is a mess. If I wanted a simple sandwich I could have made my own. 80% of my toppings are always missing whenever me and my wife order delivery. Not once, not twice. Multiple times. The laziness on delivery orders needs to be addressed.

The employee in the store was standing at the register when I walked in. She had what looks like a receipt in her had. She didn't acknowledge me at all. Just walked over the the other end with the receipt in hand. Never once asking if I was ready to order or anything. She literally never said anything to me despite me saying hello when I walked in. I politely walked out after 2 minutes, not saying a word. This was around 5:30pm on April 12th.
Friendly young man working there this evening. Good sandwich. Good service

!!!DONT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET FOOD POISONING!!! The Store’s management is terrible as they only schedule one person at a time with a huge work load. I feel bad for employees who have to close as they are all alone and management lies about their hours. The door says they close at 10pm but online it says 10:30pm. I’ve seen moldy bread in the bread cabinet, the vegetables always apear wilted and old, one of the tea machines is always broken and the other usually has old tea, the soda machine was without carbonation, and there is one Hispanic woman who was incredibly rude and rushes you when ordering. She also will not allow you to use the restroom before ordering your food. On top of it all they run a scam in the store where they don’t have small cups and trick you into ordering a medium or large if you want a drink. Mind you in order for the $6 meal combo to work you need a small cup. I have tried going here on multiple occasions on the way to the Keys but have been severely disappointed every time. Safe to say I didn’t eat here especially after seeing a roach crawl across the floor and ants all around the soda area.

Got there at 10:10 and the employee was very rude says we are closed i expressed to him it's not 10:30 and his response was i don't care we are closed asked for corporate number and again his response i don't care who you call we are closed even more aggressively and said I don't know the number after asking for his name his response was get out of my store. I would love a call back.

There was a lady working there today 01/5/25 overnight around 9:30 she was really rude once we got in she got mad for no reason and got mad because my man used the bathroom. It seems like she doesn’t want to work there. AWFUL customer service.
