Was going to order lunch but wanted to use the bathroom/wash hands first. The door was locked so we stood outside the bathroom door for 10 minutes(the employee saw us waiting) assuming someone was inside. After standing there for 10 minutes one of the employees asked “Are you gonna order”? . He sat and watched us waiting saying nothing and there wasn’t any sign saying we needed a key. He then told us that he wouldn’t unlock the bathroom until after we ordered. After being treated like that we opted to find a more welcoming lunch spot.

Drive thru employee was fairly rude, which is fine, whatever, it’s late, I can understand that. What I am having a hard time under standing is why there is fermented lettuce in my chalupa. (I don’t think lettuce is suppose to be sweet and warm like that.) Or only refried beans (that were dry, left out without heat im guessing.) in my bean burrito. No cheese, no sauce, no onion. Just crusty refried beans and tortilla. My nacho fries were also cold and hard. I’m sorry, this is just insane to me. What a night. Had to pass the food around to make sure I wasn’t crazy.

Online said it was open before 10am, but the sign at the door said 10am. We waited till after 10am, but the doors were still locked. I’m sure the drive through was open, but there was no sign to clarify which part of the restaurant was open.
