Most of the drink syrup was out. Parmesan Caesar was out. The chili was watered down. The lettuce on the salad wasn't cold. Employees literally stared back and didn't respond when I asked about the chili. Had to throw most of the food away. Left hungry.

Went there for a small coffee as i Galway's do and was told by Maria a manager who apparently does not know the value of a daily customer, that they don’t have small cups , and no one instructed her what to do ….I thought that’s what managers are for ! I ended up going across the street to get a coffee and for less. Just sad!

Went there got a simple order a double stack biggie bag and a large chilli go to pick up my food they tell me they never charged me so I have to make the line again so I had to stop them there. There employee messed up my order I'm not making the line again. Then the one who took my order came over to tell me I didn't order one of the only two thing I order after explaining to he/she 2025 is confusing but I don't judge starts getting loud and I've only said it several times at this point it was a small chilli so after I proved my point that they clearly not paying attention to the orders the manager it looked like and the employee walked away storming off as if I was some animal but the nice young lady that the second window helped to make everything right give her a raise didn't get her name but she had hair curls two one on each side of her face she handled it like a pro where the one who messed up my order didn't even apologize for not paying attention and fix the order instead she decided to try and save her own butt and try and make it my fault but it clearly didn't work fire your slacker who play on there phone and get better customer service fun fact I asked for BBQ sauce I got honey mustard oh boy

Called to complain about an order and they don’t never answer the phone. I ordered 3 baggie bags got home and they literally gave me cold fries and hard nuggets that had been sitting ain’t no telling for how long. It’s still early why are you guys giving out old food to customers. This Wendy’s suck and this will be my last time visiting this location why are the manager allowing theses workers to give out nasty food that’s been sitting there.

Got dinner here after a late night. Food was all right and the new salad wasn't as good as it looked. I got the chicken wrap and there wasn't enough sauce on it. The kid that helped us out the window though was great and he had a good attitude!
