None of the above. I couldn't understand y my construction worker don't want to come here. They take one order at a time and fill that order. While 6 people standing in line. So I drove down the street now I'm at pollo tropical. Will never return. I'm on a limited time table. If she was to take my order then I would have to wait. So I walked out.

Ordered a medium, received and charged for large portions. The chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way thru. Asked for specific dipping sauces and only received bbq sauce đŸ˜žđŸ€Š. There was no rush hour or long line just a lack of workers paying attention to the orders !! Sandwich bread looked like someone smashed it flat and two of the sandwiches were missing cheese ! Cold fries!! Paid $50 for crappy food and in this economy, that's a lot of freaking money to be spending!! If you have workers that are unhappy and depressed working, I think they need to be either switched out , retrained or change management because this was a total disrespect to the consumer! Overworked and underpaid workers will always give shitty service and that's NOT fair to the consumer.

Terrible service. I placed a mobile order ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived..as it should be. Instead, the workers decided it was my problem that they hadn’t even started making it yet. Isn’t the whole point of ordering ahead so you DON’T have to wait around? Apparently not at this Wendy’s. Zero accountability, no apology, just attitude. If you’re looking for fast food, go somewhere else..this place doesn’t understand the “fast” part.

I order a sausage muffins it was very disappointing. the muffins were cold not even lightly toast , they tasted raw, i just eate the meat and eggs, . I know you can do much better.
