I ordered 20 pieces of wings on wingstop app, and the wait time is 8-13 minutes. I got to the store after 10 minutes, and I had to wait up to 30 more minutes to get my order. After got my order, the order is worst because they cut 5 pieces of wings into half and put in the bag instead of actual 20 pieces of wings. Worst service ever had in wingstop. Couldn’t get help or refund on the wingstop app. Not recommend this store ever again.

Manager was rude and when I was ordering the person from n the phone didn't even ask me how many wings I needed she just put an amount there and when I was calling back the person never said hello when they pick up the phone the person said I I'ma shoot u which I thought was very unprofessional instead of at least hearing the voice they kept hanging up and I was trying to correct my order I walked in on the manager talkn about me to the crew that was there

I order a family meal and the worst as my first time ordering at this location and my order took over an hour and 30 mins to be done and food was terrible our wings were so hard and I have kids eating so was not a good choice I didn’t even receive my drink I bought so I spoke to a manager name Kesha and she was telling me to go back over there and do a whole new order when I order delivery when I’ve been already waiting for this order
I had a very negative experience with the service; two employees had a poor attitude. The others worked well, but I won't stop there again. Also, “I’ve already read enough reviews to decide against stopping by this place for food, or even bringing my family here. The customer service seems poor, and the way the food is served doesn’t look appealing either.”

I have a complaint to make about the Wingstop store located on US-1. What I went through today with one of the employees is a disgrace. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I expect the Manager or Owner of this location to take appropriate action regarding this employee’s conduct. All staff present were fully aware of how I was treated, yet no one intervened.
I went to the store to pick up an order, since I work as a delivery drive at 12:05 am on Tuesday. An employee saw me from the other side of the store, walked in my direction, then turned away and continued preparing food without greeting me or asking how she could help. A moment later, another person walked into the store, and the same employee immediately approached her and asked how she could help. At that moment, I said to the employee, with all due respect, “Excuse me, but I was here first.” She rudely responded to me saying, “I’m not talking to you, I’m talking to her, so you keep quiet.”
I asked her, “Excuse me, what did you just say?” She repeated, “You keep quiet, I’m talking to her,” and completely ignored me. That is the type of customer service you have at your Wingstop on US-1? It is shameful to have this type of treatment. Drivers are treated like garbage. I told her that I am also a customer and deserve to be treated with respect. She said, “You’re not a customer, you’re just a driver.”
I repeated again that I was there first, and she chose to ignore me and disrespect me. She started raising her voice, shouting at me, which is completely unacceptable for any customer. I am also a customer, because I do buy food at this store as well. That employee treated me very poorly. You should review your cameras to see exactly how she treated me. I did not stay quiet, I raised my voice too, because nobody has the right to treat me like garbage, especially not in a place where I also purchase food.
Instead of staying quiet and avoiding a conflict, she kept raising her voice and provoking me further. It is shameful that you have this kind of employee at your store. I really hope that person was not the shift leader, because this is completely unacceptable.

Horrible wing stop !!! NEVER AGAIN !! I placed an online order for delivery and I’ve called 3 times and all they know how to say it should be arriving soon. Place NEEDS to be SHUT DOWN or go into new management because it’s horrible !!

We got 20 classic bone in lemon pepper chicken wings which were unseasoned, some pieces were overcooked, undercooked, dry. Just nasty. Out of four people we each could not even eat a whole wing. Threw out the rest. Later we all started to feel ill an nauseous.We usually go to the location in Cutler Bay. Their wings are always on point. What a mistake we made coming to the FL City location. We will never visit this location again.

I ordered the lemon pepper chicken sandwich it was so salty I couldn't finish it. I sat and waited 15mins for a salty sandwich. No one is monitoring the orders so my order was sitting there for an extra 10mins.

My co workers and I went for lunch. Our cashier Kenshanti was amazing. Greeted us with a smile, made small talk, delivered our food to the table and cleaned after us. I never had service as great as she did at Wingstop. Thank you! Food was fresh and crispy as well!
