My co workers and I went for lunch. Our cashier Kenshanti was amazing. Greeted us with a smile, made small talk, delivered our food to the table and cleaned after us. I never had service as great as she did at Wingstop. Thank you! Food was fresh and crispy as well!

Last night was my first time ordering from wing stop in Fl city when I tell you the cashiers was nice the cooks in the back was doing a great job they were cooking and welcoming the customers who walks in mannn let me tell you about Joyce that women so sweet and professional she has great customer service I will definitely be back again

Don’t even waste your time going here. Upon, reading all the reviews I’m surprised how the place isn’t closed down, yet. This is my third time going to this wing stop. The costumer service is horrible. They are in despite need of leadership. It isn’t a surprise to me. These days impeccable customer service is rare. I personally, don’t know why my family decide to go back to this place after messing up our orders in the past. However, my husband decided to go back yet again. We ordered 40 boneless wings received 30. My husband was irate upon leaving he asked if everything was in the bag and told yes. He called to complain about the missing wings and was told he would have to return to the store. He went back to the store and they told him he would have to bring all the food back. Which they should have told him on the phone. Leading me to believe the proper training of protocol was never taught. So, he made a third attempt this time bringing all the food back this time I went with him to speak to the manager. I do understand it is in a bad neighborhood and there are many scammers but why would someone go back and forth 3 times to get food if they are scamming and spend that much money to scam 10 lousy boneless wings that cost $10. Who has the time to invest doing that? When I asked if there where cameras I was told there are cameras all over the place. If there are why make the customer go all the way back to retrieve the order when you could just look at the camera? We finally, straightened it out but what a headache. At this point appetite is gone. So disappointed, I guess you get what you pay for. We went to Divietos restaurant in Doral and the service exceeded our expectations.

food is absolutely disgraceful, the oil tastes like it hasn't been changed in days! the garlic parm tastes like an abomination, and the fries are so soggy and cold-like they haven't been cooked at all.

wingstop in homestead The cashier is not polite, she is very rude. I placed my order. They told me it would take 18 minutes. New people came to order and they gave them the order. First, I went to complain because my order hadn't come out and she didn't give me an answer. When they gave it to me, it was very late. They served people who arrived after me first. When I left, I didn't even want to eat there. The cashier and another girl who was there started yelling at me, saying mocking things to me. It was horrible. food is not bad but the cashier is very bad

I order from here pretty often, and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. The food is always on point, no matter what I get! I’ve also gone in person to pick up my orders a few times. I’ll admit, there’s occasionally a bit of a wait, but it’s totally worth it because the food is absolutely bomb. The flavors are always spot-on, and everything tastes so fresh. Even if there’s a little delay, it’s definitely not enough to make me think twice about coming back. If you're looking for great food, this place is a solid choice every time!

One star for price/value. Wings were overcooked which made the meat stringy and leather like. Got stuck in my teeth and took 10 minutes of flossing to painfully remove. Gums were bleeding. The fries were like bits and pieces and greasy. Why are the fries all broken up like that? Kitchen had a fun, talkative party atmosphere, probably distracted the cook from paying attention. Prices are in the stratosphere, might as well eat lobster. Will not be going back until next year.

They work extremely slow. I made an order online for pickup, they said it would be ready within 21 minutes. I actually arrived 45 minutes later to give them extra time and still the order wasn’t ready. I waited an additional hour there for the order to be ready.
