The manager can’t read a ticket to save her life. I do an online order 1:05pm for two subs, both subs inedible and inaccurate. We just returned the bad subs and asked that they were remade. The manager was very rude and advised it was her fault as she made them. Upon remaking my subs in front of us, she was then getting the subs mixed up and was putting the wrong things on again. Both subs were cold when remade despite it supposed to be extra toasted and made in front of us. When giving us the remade subs, she prefaced again that she’s the manager of this establishment. Good for you? I’m not sure why as your employees are better sub makers and have better customer service.

WHY are the spinach and tomato buns on the make line FROZEN? Who the heck manages this location and WHY would there be only one employee 95% of the time? After 30 min of standing in line bc online ordering was offline... We left. The place is abusive to staff. No wonder there is such a high turnover of staff! There is NO one person JOB. EVER.

What a slum. Unsanitary and the staff act like trash. Just over uncomfortable environment. Been going here for years. Same story every time the food and service and overall atmosphere is terrible. Need new owner and new staff

This place has lost all the competent sandwich artists. I go across town now. Anywhere but here!!!!
This is a good location for the subway that makes great sandwiches the women behind the counter at least I've only seen women are very attentive and try their best to give you what you ask for. I noticed the sign that says they do take EBT cards for their subs but they must be cold subs and the bread can't be heated before they put in the cold cuts it has to be strictly cold no hot tubs whatsoever. Something good to know before you order it that way because there's no sign that says that so you go in there you order a sandwich thinking you're going to pee we would need EBT at the end and they don't take it so just be aware of this rule but it's a good option for many. It's inside a case store gas station at this location.
Vegetarian options: They have all veggie subs what makes them great I think is the fact that they have so many combinations of sauces to put on them good vegetarian options though
Kid-friendliness: Well they are kid friendly they do make 6-in subs for small eaters there's no sit-in options at this location but they do have a table outside to the side of the case store that's nice and clean next to a garbage can and you can enjoy your sandwich out there
