Well unfortunately this will be my last trip here. Can't rate the food. Never got to order. Pulled up to the speaker and was told they'd be with me momentarily, which is fine. Waited a few minutes and another vehicle pulled up to the other speaker, they was greeted promptly and ordered right away while I waited. They pulled forward as I still waited. I left, the lake whales location lost my business for the exact same reason.

The manager Luisa over the phone does not seem to be more sympathetic with her customer when orders are left out after getting all the way home. Just lets me know that my chicken sandwich is here and waiting for me. But in the meantime I had to ride all the way back knowing my fries and my hubbies order will not be hot by the time we eat it. I recommended to her it had happened numerous times of her employees leaving orders out. No apology no nothing just yup! Your sandwich is here!

Burger King was awesome. We went because my child had told me about this. Make Your own Burger. So I had to go check it out. We went, and the service was amazing. Everyone was truly nice, and the food was also good. I got to make my own burger the way I wanted to.

Went through the burger king drive through last night and ordered dinner. When we get to the window I see one young lady in the store , keep in mind it's 930 pm. She's on her phone for 10 mins, finally she comes and takes my money. Then return's to her phone for another 15 mins before she starts making our orders which took 5 mins. She brings me our food and stiff arms it through the window. I said thank you as she slams the window with no response. It gets better, when we get home we find our food cold and hard as a rock, not even edible. So I call the store and explain what is going on to the store lead and she hangs up on me! This place is by far the worst burger king in the state! 7-27-24

BK is much better than McDs. My personal opinion. Their food has more quality and taste. Their service is good. They don’t park you, and it hot and fresh, it is fast food. Ice cream cones are cheaper than anywhere else. I started coming more often for the ice cream for kids, now it’s one of my go to for fast food.

This Burger King rarely has hot crispy fries, doesn't get orders right often. Been here a decent amount of times, and the past 5 times they didn't give me what I ordered. They are understaffed and don't care. So in short go to a different burger king or stop at the gas station and at least you will get what you payed for.

Everytime I go here I'm waiting for 30mins. They only have 3 or 4 people working which is what takes so long. Then get my food and it's not even hot. So disappointing ?
