Shocking service here. Tables filthy and not cleaned. We had to clean our own table. Asked for no gravy on the mash. Came loaded with gravy. Ordered out frozen custards. 35 minutes later we queued up to see what was the delay (store wasn’t busy). We were told they would be over shortly. 10 minutes later we got them and the taste was off. Staff were not friendly, apologetic or on the ball.

First off it wasnt busy during lunch rush and now i know why....Waited 20 minutes for a curbside order...they forgot all the ketchup, 2 of my cheese sauces and a straw for my drink which was also wrong because I ordered UNSWEET tea and got sweet tea. I also want to note that my grilled chicken sandwich on rye was soggy and my kids exrra crispy fries were extra extra crispy aka burnt.

Glad to see more of this chain around the State. Great butterburgers, cod was very delicious and crispy, great fries and onion rings too. Oh yell, let’s not forget the ice cream…..so good!

Ordered curbside pickup. Ready by 9:48. Arrived at 9:48 to check in. Waited 15 minutes only to have to walk in and get my order which had just been sitting on the counter. Plenty of staff were there and it was not busy at all. Got a halfway apology. Do better.
