It was an almost perfect experience. Been coming for a while and there was been a couple of slip up every now and then but this last time is what makes it a 3 star. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal for breakfast like I always do and they put the chicken on a muffin. It was good but not what I ordered

Service was completely awful. Try to stop by to grab a quick coffee on my long ride home cashier was completely rude through the drive-through. I tried asking a question to clarify my order. She refused to answer my question multiple times after asking her. She finally told me she could help me when I pulled up to the window. All I got was a small hot coffee for cream for sugar not really understanding how you can mess that up and still give me a black coffee. Seems like she did it on purpose.

My wife & I stopped in here tonight since the McRib is back & we both had saved receipts with the BOGO sandwich offer on them. To say that we were met with disdain & contempt from the manager for having the BOGO offers is an understatement. We had to listen to her complain about how she was going to get into trouble because she was honoring our McDonald's corporate approved deals. The associate who took our order was no better, as they acted as if everything was coming out of their pocket. She tried taking the onions off of my sandwiches, which I never said anything about & had to tell her to add them back on. When our orders were ready, she just placed them on the counter and called them out by number. Which would've been fine if either one of us had gotten a receipt for our order. Apparently they were making sure that weren't going to be able to get another BOGO offer on their watch! Got home to eat & of course there weren't any napkins in the bag. Why would I possibly need a napkin eating a McRib sandwich? They might have saved a few cents for the Fort Meade, FL McDonald's franchise tonight, but they lost a local customer. The McRib isn't available forever and Culver's just opened up a block away! Thanks for making this an easy decision!

I rarely eat fast food. But sometimes when I’m at work I need something quick if I can’t make it back. I went to McDonald’s, which I stopped even considering because of all of these things. 1: I had a mobile order and it was still well over 25 minutes before they put my food up. 2: food was cold/gross not what I ordered. My double quarter pounder had 1 lack-luster patty, it was cold and dry and the bun was hard. They couldn’t even put the effort in the place the onions on it, instead they were next to it in the box. My nuggets were cold and stale, no crunch when biting into them. My fries were a little cold but probably the best thing overall and still unacceptable. They did re-make my burger so I gave two stars for service but I had to drive back up there. They need to put the effort in to make it right the first time. It wasn’t even special they just clearly do not care what they’re sending out. The replacement burger also took about 20-25 minutes once I got there and spoke with someone. I will most likely give up on McDonald’s as this has been my experience more often than not the past 2-3 years.

On this day I drove thru drive thru. Very fast taking order. Person spoke very well. Great smile greeted me as I drove up to pay.. Drinks were next. I did not mind the extremely long wait in parking spot 3 because the manager moved quick to my car with my correct hot and very good order. Thanks McDonalds.

The website say Open 24hrs , I went at 4am and it was closed . i also called them and they told me they open at 5AM , there was another day they said 4:15AM seems to me like they just dont want to work

I want to start this review out by saying, I miss the old late night crew. They were absolutely amazing.
The crew that works from 12 to 3 am now are absolutely terrible. I work in Orlando and live in fort meade. I don't get home until 12 to 3 am most nights. By then everything BUT McDonald's and Wawa are closed. So i have become a regular at McDonald's. Here recently i have gotten anywhere from luke warm nuggets to actually COLD to the touch. The fries always have salt even when they are told no salt. You ask for extra onions and pickles...you get two pickles and no onions. The cheese looks like it's been on the burger for hours.
You all can do better I have experienced it. You really need to do a meeting with your whole overnight crew because, as it stands....they really do suck.
