I think they're closed now but the two times I went earlier this year, both times were great. It seems like other people had bad experiences though, so only giving 4 stars. Otherwise I would give 5 based on my own experiences.

Second and last time ordering here. Both times it took 2-3 hours for a simple pizza which ended up being cold and over cooked. The store was a disaster last time. No one ever answers the phone. Not entirely sure how they’re still in business. I wish Classic could deliver, I’d totally pay extra.

Papa John's Pizza, is full of delicious surprises. Not just your pizza. But you have to go check out those surprises yourself, so you'll understand it when those surprises hit your taste buds!!
Wheelchair accessibility: You are able to park right at their door. Their doorways at the entrance, and in the restrooms,plus the extra width under dining table, made it easy for my husband's wheelchair to fit underneath, comfortably
Worst restaurant in town. Placed my order at 6pm. Around 7:30pm tried to call and check on my order and got put on hold. Pizza finally shows up at 8pm. Cold and hard to the touch. Still sitting on hold waiting for them to answer. Would not recommend eating here.

The only thing is the manager and the delivery person get 5 stars for making me a new pizza. But I’m so very tired of having burnt pizza delivered then I have to call back - sometimes cannot get thru - and wait for the order to be replaced !
i ordered from here a few nonths ago and it was awful pizza, a step below dollar store brand oven bake pizza, but i ordered again more recently and it was good pizza, like not great pizza but way way way better. but they didn’t even cut it ??I pretty much only order this place when I absolutely positively have to and have no other choice because no where else in Fort Meade delivers.

I normally like Papa John's so I was happy to learn one was in Fort Meade. My one and only visit to this location was a disaster. The employees were rude and more interested in their cell phones than helping a customer. Thankfully, there is a Hungry Howies just down the street!

Ordered 2 Papa Bowls and Garlic Parm Breadsticks. The breadsticks tasted like dough with oil and Parmesan sprinkled on them. The Papa Bowls had little cheese and the sauce very acidic. I took three bites and gave it to my hubby. My hubby loved all the meat--hence the three stars instead of the one star I would have given. Breadsticks should taste like bread and not just a dense dough. I was disappointed. It looked much better in the advertising.
