I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant but for a hole-in-the-wall its staff was very pretentious and obnoxious from the start. The quality and portions were no where near the price point they ask for while they have a kitchen that can’t keep up. Ownership should renovate to accommodate the lack of ability produce a quality establishment. Workers are disgruntled and rude and it shows with every interaction.

Was working in the area and this restaurant was recommended by a friend. Wow- definitely did not expect this place to be so great! It is a hidden gem. The service was amazing and so was the food! Definitely recommend if you are passing by the fort pierce area!

Great food. Very casual. Difficult to locate as we are new to the area. The conch was amazing. I had Mahi tacos and the portion was good. My wife had lobster linguini that had a great flavor. We will return. We live in South Vero and straight down US 1 and about 12 minutes from home.

Over the years I have visited 12A Buoy and have enjoyed my visit. This visit was far from even okay. First, the servers deserve BIG kudos for what they had to deal with. It was very busy and they have a manager who, quite honestly, disrespects the wait staff and treats them horribly. Melanie, we were told, was the manager during our visit on 8/17/2024. We witnessed her yelling, yes yelling, at the servers; the worst part about that was that she was yelling at them when they were asking about requests from the customers (we were one of those groups). Not only was the staff disprespected, but customers were spoken to rudely and she was argumentative, we were one of those! Yes, it was a busy night, but no one deserves to be spoken to the way she was speaking to others. ALL of the servers remained professional and served their customers with a smile this night! What we witnessed, it was amazing that any of them remained. It took us over 2 hours to be seated and served; yes it was busy, and we expected a bit of a wait, but WOW! Things were not handled well as many people complained and several tables had their food served and then packed it up to go! Hmmmm!!! I do not know how anyone can sit inside to eat; it is SO, SO loud that it is difficult to hold any conversation amongst your own table, we had to move outside because it was that loud. The food was very good and on point! To those servers at 12 A Buoy, Thank you!!!
