Literally went to the drive through asked for my food to be cook to order (FRESH) and they literally had us sitting for 15min and then I had to go inside and our food was sitting on the counter. I bit into my food and the food tasted soooo old I was literally disgusted

Just a stop off the highway to grab some food. Arby's was excellent. Gas station store had a very long line and seemed like it needed more staff and a renovation. They do, actually, have a Dog Park, which was great for dogs who need to stretch their legs and run around a minute.

Yesterday December 27th at 1:00 p.m. I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich with my wife. She did not get the cheese on hers and immediately after eating a sandwich I felt sick and got a fever. I would never trust this restaurant again. It's obvious that the cheese which was only on my sandwich had food poisoning in it. Save yourself the pain do not eat here ever!

It's only sad how long it took "We have the meats" to get burgers. Other than that i go here regularly for some good food and the staff care about you and your food. They're more expensive at this location than other Arby's but so are all the other restaurants in that plaza.

This Arby's is located in a Love's truck stop. I usually get the Combo #1 Double. This is the roast beef N cheddar Arby's is known for. Absolutely delicious! You can go thru an opening to the truck stop where I grab a cup of fresh coffee. Never had a stale cup there. It is a pretty busy place. Parking can get tight sometimes. Clean restrooms. I like shopping there. Never had a bad meal or experience.
The "roast beef" is so salty i ended up throwing it out. The Jamocha shake was ok but not as good as pre covid days

Stopped at this truck stop specifically because it featured an Arby's. I happen to enjoy Arby's offerings. On this occasion I ordered 2 buffalo chicken sliders. I often order this menu item in my travels throughout the 48 contiguous US states. My sandwiches have always been served with a generous piece of chicken with a generous coating of buffalo sauce but on this occasion the sandwiches were prepared with what appeared to be one chicken nugget per sandwich with a barely noticable coating of sauce. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The cashier seemed to be new & that was excusable. But the food prep. Was disappointing. Arby's is better than this location would depict.

THIS Visit = 2 Stars. Basically, I typically stop by here when I'm traveling on I-95, and usually the service / food is pretty good. Tonight, I got served the WRONG sandwich and ended up going hungry because I don't like cheese and sauce on my sandwich. An employee mistake. Not happy. $8 down the drain. I want on the Arby's website, and nowhere did it ask me for any identifying info, so I guess I either put them on super-secret probation (don't visit for 6 months to see if things improve), or try to call the restaurant manager directly to complain. They were also out of receipt paper at the register. I know the complaint may seem petty, but there were only 2 customers at the time, and I only ordered 2 items, neither of which were unusual by any means. VERY disappointed this visit.

Hygiene conditions in the dining area are not the best, dirty tables and seats observed. Had Arby’s regular sandwich, usual taste was not there, beef had a musky taste unfortunately
