Went there specifically for happy hour with another couple. They had a couple of excellent food items and the best prices for happy hour drinks. We called seven places in the area and this was by far the best choice. We sat on the patio and had good service as well. If you're looking for a good food at a good price, this is the place. Mahi bites were $6 and excellent. Best deal on the island. Coincidentally, we had been there the day before around lunchtime and listen to the singers. They were terrific & personal. Did a great job. Had a mandolin. Don't hear that very often. Atmosphere is casual and it sneaks up on you. It's hard to see from the water because there is a marina in front. But it's right on the water and a good place for a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. Boats, outdoor seating, good options for food, good prices. Can't beat this combo in Ft Pierce. A new fav for my bride and I

Waited 20 minutes for a table, another 20 minutes while watching the waitress wait on other tables. My husband went to see why we aren't being waited on and she made the excuse that she didn't know she was our waitress and just got there but she's been waiting on all the tables around us for over 20 minutes. Everyone was being seated after us but she was getting their orders before us and even the ones that ordered after us got their food before us. We waited 2 hours for food and she gave nothing but excuses for poor service. The food tasted good except pricey for just a few gator bites and no sauce and kids Mac n cheese was cold. Definitely need to be managed better and won't be back.

The view is spectacular. On the Edge has a real relaxed atmosphere. No complaints about service. The servers are on top of things. Lots of adult beverages to choose from. The food is the weak link. Just ok. It's not bad, but it's nothing to rave about either. It's our second time. Same story both times. Come for the view and drinks.

Had lovely dinner at OTE! Thai chili shrimp appetizer with wasabi was wow-ee! Dinner special coconut crusted grouper sandwich was perfectly done and very tasty. Server Trey was attentive. Bonus view of great sunset. Wonderful experience!

We took our friend for her birthday. On the Edge Bar & Grill Fort Pierce Florida I’ve ate there before. Another friend had ate there before. The birthday girl was her 1st time. Sit down. Our waitress took awhile. She kept giving excuses but she did finally take our order. I felt like she was not taking time with anyone at the restaurant. It was not crowded. When she did come back she was in a hurry to leave. After awhile I her I needed a coke refill my friend needed a margarita. She forgot. More excuses. The food was good. The atmosphere was good. When we finished we wanted to split the check by 2 people. Waitress said ok. She left never brought a bill. I would have loved to get a bill showing the charges. Came back for the debit cards. Sitting at the table I get a message (I have this set up on my phone to let me know when a charge has happened). I got 2 charges. She had put the 2 charges on my card. She comes back to the table in a hurry again for us to sign & tip. We explain. She said ok I’ll fix it. Came back with a new ticket to sign & for the tip. She said it was correct now. My bank account had 5 charges for $48.22 for the the 1/2 charge $96.43. I ask for a refund receipt. She said the manager fixed it and she left again. Didn’t come back. I check my bank. Still 5 charges. I go to the bar & ask for the manager. He comes out tells me it’s fixed. He didn’t have time for me because of his tone. I ask for a receipt to show it was voided. I ask his name. Chris let’s me know again it’s fixed. I asked again for a receipt for a refund. Chris said he had thrown it in the trash & they had already taken the trash out. I was not leaving without a void receipt I think Chris realized this. He leaves & within seconds came back with the void receipt. I hate to say someone lied to me but “ Chris lied”. Earlier this week I I had told someone we were taking the birthday girl to The Edge” Fort Pierce Florida. They warned me about check you bill. They overcharge. Lots of problems there. I was telling my friends we need to check the bill when all this happened. Today I had checked reviews on Trip Advisor. Not all good. I thought about telling my friends. The birthday girl had her choice. I never got anything how much the price of the food for the charges. Hope they didn’t overcharge. Who would know without a bill. Came home with a upset stomach. All that food gone wasted because of the way I was treated when I did not one thing wrong. All 3 of us has decided to go somewhere else. The edge wants you to live on the edge wandering how much I will pay. I will put a bad review on there page. One unhappy customer and 2 unhappy friends how this was handled. The manager Chris needs training on how to handle his customers in a nice way. Beautiful place & food was good. Management & waitress not so much. If I hadn’t paid my bill Chris would have been upset. Chris would want his money. Not knowing how much is coming out of my bank account and how long it will take for the voids to drop off is just as important for me as it was for Chris to get his money. I’m on Social Security. I didn’t plan for $48.22 X 5 charges for my 1/2 of bill. Stay away or pay in cash. Get an itemized bill.

Crispy snapper sandwich with fries was great. Nice size portions. My shrimp quesidea was delicious, but the rice served with it was old. You could see it had been sitting for a long time. Some was dried, hard as a rock. John our waiter was good and attentive. The atmosphere is nice. Overlooking the water, it's a nice tiki fun atmosphere.Parking: Lot at restaurant, 2 extra lots

First time visitors to On the Edge Bar and Grill and the service that we received from Chelsea was definitely the highlight of our family vacation. The location is lovely; waterfront with both an upper and lower level that wraps around the waterside. We were told there were resident Eels, that's right..eels that lived along the border and if you got lucky you could toss them a few treats and get a glimpse of them in the water. So cool! Upstairs has hightop tables and a bar while the lower level features waterside seating that wraps around to an adorable tiki bar outside. The tiki bar overlooks their live entertainment which is worth sticking around for into the later hours.Chelsea greeted us with a positive attitude, suggested a selection of drinks to us and was nothing short of amazing service throughout our entire dining experience. She even took the time to tell us a little bit about the area. She definitely brightened our day and made our pit stop from our water excursion worth it. Food was delicious all around from their crusted snapper sandwich to their sweet chili Thai shrimp - superb! Thank you for the great time and incredible service! We will definitely come back to visit and dine with y'all again!

The food was good and the ladies are great. Awesome views outside. They gave me 2 different calamari though. One was definitely store bought

This used to be my favorite place. We used to pull up in the boat after being out in the ocean. Then they changed the moorings and we couldn’t get in anymore, but we still went by car. Today we showed up with 7 people, wanted to sit up near the bar because the breeze was good. Not a customer was present. They refused to let us move two tables together. The staff said the General Mgr doesn’t like the tables moved. He offered us dining on the sand down below, where it was really hot!!! Walked out and will never return. Enjoying a lovely Sangria spritzer with a delish Mahi sandwich at Skippers cove right now.

We had a large party and got seated right away outside. It was hot but not horrible plus we had a great view of the sunset. We all enjoyed our meals and it was nice to walk to the restaurant from our hotel, Dockside Inn. There was also live music!

Beware of ARIA at the bar....she upgraded her tip on beer from $4 to $10 There was nothing special about Aria all she had to do was open the bottle on 4 beers. STAY AWAY I save my receipts and there is no way my written 4 looked like a ten. RIP OFF A $1 beer tip was very fair.

A great spot right on the water you can dip your toes in it. Good food too. It's never too hot they have nice Breezy fans outside and outside cover tables, the bar is friendly and inviting.

Came here for a quick lunch since this is one of my favorite places to eat. Had the best seat in the house downstairs on the water. I was able to watch a pelican fish and eat his lunch. Teagan's service was superb. She did an excellent job with my wedge salad - light on the blue cheese dressing. The grilled snapper was cooked perfectly. Love the ambiance and quiet with no one around me; my own little slice of heaven on earth.

We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Amazing service on a Wednesday night, just in time for the sunset. Half price bottles of premium wine so that's a bonus! We shared the mahi appetizer and the fried shrimp dinner and both were hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Our server, Caroline, was energetic, friendly and attentive. Best night out we have had in awhile!
