Ordered an extra large meat lovers pizza on the app with thick crust and got what looks like a piece of burnt cardboard with hardly any sauce and not much cheese. This and the little so called garlic knots was 45.00 bucks. Called the store and was told you can’t order thick crust on extra large pizza. The app doesn’t say this. Was offered no solution just sorry. What a way to get repeat business!

The pizza probably would have been delicious if it was still hot when it arrived. Sadly it arrived about an hour past the estimated delivery time. I think the original estimate was 45-60 minutes when we ordered but we were not in a rush so no big deal. We almost forgot we ordered pizza but then realized it was 30 minutes past the estimate we called only to have the call the driver to find out he was “on his way”.
I would recommend staying away from delivery/ordering online, maybe just go in and pick it up.

Ordered x-large pizza and zeppoles for delivery. My order was delivered to the neighbors home. Fortunately, they were thoughtful enough to call me. Delivery time was late, my pizza was ice cold and the dessert was as hard as a rock (not fresh). Horrible customer service. I called to inform of issue and was told the drivers GPS must have led them to neighbors address. Customer Service is just horrible these days! ? ??♀️

A good Italian food! I eat there frequently, and they get to you right away. You order at the counter, and cash prices are cheaper. The owner is committed to the community. You can find pics of a lost pup, a donation jug for a young child with cancer, etc. A good man, and a good place for lunch or dinner!
The owner of the Big Apple in fort Pierce is absolutely amazing. He took the time to cut a slice of pizza up from my grandson so it was easier for him to eat. He also brought him over some little donuts too. What more can I say, that was amazing. Thank you for being so special

Pizza was very good! Service could have been more friendly from the young lady at the counter but the gentleman who handed me my pizza box was respectful and polite. Some will place your pizza box on the counter, meanwhile, this young man waited for me to walk from where I was sitting, to the counter and handed me the box, and wished me a good day. This may not sound like a big deal to some, but when service lacks the courtesy part, it is an important part of customer service.
