Went inside and in the store has smell. Also customer service is bad, after one guy walked out from waiting we was standing there and employees don't even say nothing to you nor help you in service...I will not be going back to this

These women working here are working their butts off! And despite the fact that they are under staffed, they are going above and beyond to make every order correctly and quick. I ordered a whopper and onion rings, they got it all to me quick and hot....and very good. They are slammed in here and people are cruel, but these ladies here working (Sept 7th at 12:42 PM) are doing everything in their power to take care of folks, even the nasty rude ones. Take care of these ladies! Please, they deserve raises and recognition, or perhaps I can recruit them???They are the backbone to your establishment!

Got here at 11:30pm. This place close at 12am. The worker seen me pull up in the drive thru, he closed the back door and I waited for 10mins in the drive thru and no one answered. So I pulled up to the window and the worker saw me and walked to the back. Worst customer service ever. Will never return back here.

They are short on staff at this location and therefore you’ll wait ages for your food. If you go through the drive thru they’ll have you “pull around to wait” in your car. Never thought I’d wait over 20 minutes for food at a Burger King. I feel bad for them being so short handed. Not much they can do about it, the now hiring signs are everywhere. Mainly giving the 1 star to warn others about how long they’ll be waiting for food here. Seemed very dirty as well. I will say the guy who brought my food was friendly.

Visited this location and ordered the 2 For 6 plus a side of fries. Name on the receipt said Trevor, so will use that name. Big guy leaning or sitting at carryout window. Took his time getting my money and giving me change. Chatting and laughing with female employee. When my food was ready he opened the window slung it out the window, when I grabbed it, he shut the window laughing the whole time with another employee. NO Thank you!Food; fries and chicken sandwich had been dropped back in the grease to reheat. Fries were hard and crunchy; chicken sandwich was like a brick! Big King sloppily put together. Enough ketchup for 5 orders of fries.Threw out fries and chicken sandwich; could not eat. Big King, well... No comment. Spent almost $10 on food I could not eat!Did the survey on the back of the receipt. Asked if I would like to have someone from corporate get in touch with me. In my past experiences with corporate; they will not call, they will not contact you, they do not care. They have our money and if we are stupid enough to go back that's on us. I would not recommend this place to a starving person. Cannot give them a 0 google seems to be promoting bad businesses.Best thing I can say is stop visiting Burger King and let them shut their doors and go the way of the dodo!

This is the worst Burger King in Ft. Pierce! Staff is rude, the food is not appealing, the chicken fries were burned to a crisp, and our fries were dark brown and looked overcooked. My son's burger had some kind of hard foreign object in it. I will NEVER go back. Although, I may just apply as a manager so I can get back there and cook my own food, as was suggested by the kitchen staff!!! ?

Yes lady at drive thur at 9;00 pm on 7/15/23 is rude unprofessional while I was ordering she told me to go inside to order because I was messing up her time … she didn’t have a name tag on and she closed the window on my face when I was talking she needs to be fired she doesn’t take her job seriously she had dark blue wig hair and dark skinned never going back here

Past few experiences had been really bad. The first one I sat at the drive thru for about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and I was the only one there. I ordered my food and the food quality was bad; furthermore, the employees seem like they didnt care or didnt want to be there. Well there is one star there because it had to be there in order to write a review. Where do I start? This place is by far the worst burger King I've ever been to. The customer service sucked! If you ever come here do not make the mistake and go inside. I've never waited so long to he served anywhere. I do not recommend this place and I'm not sorry.
If i could give this place zero stars i would i was in the drive through the girl that was taking my order couldn’t get it right she finally said just come to the window so i did just for me to repeat the order 3 more times walks away closes window and then some other lady asked me what was I waiting for then i said my order she said I didn’t have my head peace on so I don’t know your order so i gave her the receipt and still proceeds to ask me to repeat what i order even with the receipt in her hand so i did! she walks away with it then comes back and says can i see the receipt so i can match the order and growls when she realized she had it walks away, the original girl comes back gives me an incomplete order then says what are you missing so i told her i was missing a drink and a double wopper with cheese hands me a bag just so i get home and realized she still gave me the wrong burger i will never go back they have no clue what they are doing and still have an attitude the worst place and personal they have if you can calm them that

For starters, a 1 star is giving the Burger King too much credit. The staff and atmosphere were worse than horrible. Spoke to the 2 staff members we saw, but they did not even speak. The girl that took our order did not even speak the entire time! Not even to give us a total. She just stood there and stared at you. Absolutely beyond rude. The dining room looked like the tables had not been cleaned in days also. The best thing for this place is to lock the doors and never open again.

Due to a shortage of help, only three employees were working during a busy breakfast time. With smiles they took orders at the window, manned the cash register, cooked and wrapped the orders, educated the customers to the most complicated coupon scheme in the food industry, and kept the store and tables clean. GIVE THESE FOLKS A RAISE!!! AND CUSTOMERS give these dedicated folks a nice tip. Oh yea the sandwich was delicious.

This place is really outdated and poorly managed. A few days ago, we went to the drive thru and they didn't have any iced coffee at all. The signs of this place finally getting bulldozed/renovated for a new Burger King have to be how the building is stuck in the 90's. Another thing I noticed is a sign saying "no transpassing" and workers removing posters. Plus, construction equipment around the building.

I had to give this a 1 star to be able to write a review but honestly they don’t get 1 star. The worst Burger King I’ve ever been in. I ordered the Jr. Whopper special. Burger was nuked so bad it was like leather. Fries must have gone down 3 times as the grease dripped out. The chicken nuggets were a bag of grease as well. The coke was good. My friend ate his food but said we sure won’t be back. He ordered a whopper meal, burger was cold and hard to chew. Fries cold and greasy. I didn’t even want these people to recook a meal for me so I left it on the table with a note on the receipt. How does this place stay open. Save yourself a bad experience and don’t go here.
