The cashier that took care of me by the drive through the second time around cause they forgot to give me a second whopper was super rude, she was working the lobby and and came to the window. The other lady that gave me the whopper that was missing and I requested the receipt that the cashier didn't want to give me, was nice. I couldn't get her name but if you check the time right now September 29th at 11:45 am is the one that is working as I'm writing this report. Please check on your cashier, I worked at a Burger King and our group was always nice and friendly with our customers. So I do know how to handle customers. She is very disrespectful and bossy and even the workers there are scare she might tell them something. Please check your cameras. My car is a Ford Expedition 2007. You have the time and day. Also, I don't want anyone fired, just teach her how to work and deal with customers and employed they don't need thus kind of treatment. Or put her to cook.

No onion rings, cold fries, most of the fountain drinks were unavailable. Men’s urinal was out of order. Clean though.

Terrible service at the cashier and the some lady was cleaning the dinner area and telling the customers to clean their mess after they finish eating because she already cleaned up the dining area to close, but was only 8:10 pm and the store dining area close at 10 pm. We not going back to dinner in at this location doing this unprofessional customer service. If the customer can't use the dining area during the business work hours displayed on the door business, they should let the customer know that we can't have a seat to enjoy our meal before we seat to do.

Bathrooms had no toilet paper, although they were clean. Food ok, coke machine out of coke zero. Tables were clean, which is appreciated!

It saddens me to say after eating at this location thru the last few years and being completely satisfied something must be changing. Today my husband and I went in and I had a Buy one get one coupon from the National Enjoyment books( which we paid $35 for) and I presented the coupon first before ordering & we were told they don’t honor these because their register has no code for it. The coupon lists their address as a qualifying location. Poor business that misled the public. We left and went to Wendy’s.

The food was cooked well and served hot. Unfortunately it starts to go down hill after that. I was asked if it was to go or dine in and served my food in a bag even though the receipt clearly stated dine in. I assumed that they just didn’t have trays like many fast food place now. I looked around and noticed that the only people dining in with trays were people dressed in shirts and ties. Quite the slap in the face. One of the doors that is required to be unlocked for fire safety was locked and there was no way for somebody inside to go out the door.

I had an awful experience at this Burger King location. I placed my order, paid, and waited—but I never received my food! When I asked the staff about it, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I basically paid for nothing, which is completely unacceptable.
I tried to get a refund or at least some assistance, but the employee I spoke with was rude and unwilling to help. This kind of service is unacceptable for a well-known fast-food chain. I hope management takes action to improve customer service because no one should have to deal with this.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I highly recommend others avoid it until they fix these issues.

They literally told me after I ordered food for me and and the family that the bathroom was not available bc someone took the key home but it looked like they cleaned the bathroom and closed it early to customers. I was told this by Layla Dowling-Gonzalez. My 5 yr old was in tears bc he needed to go and this was unprofessional to close the bathrooms earlier so they can get go home earlier - not cool at all

How do I request a zero star category? I went through drive-thru ordered, then waited 2 minutes for the cashier standing at the window to turn around. I drove to the second window, and the manager refused to take my money, demanding that I back up and wait to pay. You guessed it! I drove off.
