Went to this “ Burger ? King ? “ establishment for dinner because I was in the area. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The two dinners for $12 was a good deal. However, the bread was soggy due to much sauce on both sandwiches ?. The employees should have more pride in their work. Not enough people working always slow service

Drive thru person left alone on his first day on the job. Mixed up the orders, killed 15 minutes before asking for help. I got to window and said cancel order and I used to manage BK 40 years ago, I knew then can't leave an order taker alone on first day. Manager was then rude. This has been three different BK's in the area that have terrible service, quality, or both. Not returning unless absolutely starving and no choice.

The girl Julia was in the store closing hours and was drinking Four Loko's with a random girl hanging out in the store that didnt even work there and they were both Drunk as can be and smoking weed not taking orders. They closed down for a couple months for a reason and yet its no different since reopening. Time to start over again BK because this a horrible store. Place is a dump. From the service to the food, its all bad.

Corporate needs to shut the store down!! Place is dirty, every single employee is rude arrogant and ignorant especically the overweight latin girl as well as the other latin girls. The boys and I say that since they employ highschool kids, those punks are just as bad. They sleep in the store booths, sit around on their cellphones all of them smoke weed and who knows what else at the back entrance. They never close the back door. They have no ac for months now. I ordered chicken nuggets and the girl said they have been out for over a month. The old drunk black lady that works ther asked for a ride smh. Every single worker in the store needs to be fired!! What a dump and shame to the owners and franchise.

Bacon burger & onion rings with a soda. The bacon was cooked under anyone's definition. The burger was cold. The onion rings were cold and greasy. Got a refund from the manager who tried to give me more than half of what I paid. Looks like no one here has been trained at all.
My latest experience was not pleasant , update I am returning a week later and they still have not resolve. The issues management is really slipping at this BurgerKing location. What a shame this is supposed to be a reliable workingman’s restaurant. Why are you so undependable?

The young espanic chubby girl she was terrible. First she lied, and said she didn't have any big cups. Then she gave one to the next guy. And then she said " I had to wait until she got through talking to her boyfriend on the phone before she could take my order. Then she goes towards the back, and she starts yelling at him.The rest of the problems wasn't her fault. No barbecue sauce. Tough whopper meat, ice machine on the drink machine.That location has really went down hill. I don't recommend it.

Very Good Experience And Atmosphere. Place Was Very Clean And Staff Even Though They Were Understaffed. The Managers On Duty And The Other Two Employees Were Professional And Had A Smile.. Thank You For A Wonderful Lunch Experience.. They All Need A Bonus Or Some Gift Cards With Over $25 For Them.. Without Their Friendliness.. I Would Have Taken My Business Across The Street To Wendy's.. I Was Buying Lunch For Our Workers On The Job... They Were Extremely Happy With Their Hot Fresh Food.. Made The Way They Wanted!! Hats Off To You!!! Great Job!! Happy New Year

You can not "have it your way" at this BK. Should just close for breakfast. No biscuits the last 3 Saturdays and no sausage or biscuits today. "If we don't have what you like, that's on you." Is what we were told at the drive thru.
