On my way back from the keys heading back home to Maryland decided to stop here. After seeing this place on YouTube just about three miles off 95 . The food was very tasty 😋 and friendly service. It’s nice to have Trini food that makes you feel like you’re in Trinidad.

This place is absolutely amazing! From the Doubles to the Roti's and so much more but don't take my word for is. You need to go experience it for yourself. There's only one thing I can't leave out and that's their hours and days open for business. It seems every day they change the schedule and that's kind of a bummer to me. It really sucks when you have your heart set on a really good Roti but they're not open for business.

Calypso Cuisine in Fort Pierce is a hidden gem for authentic Caribbean flavors! I had the pleasure of dining there with my family and was thoroughly impressed. The curry chicken was rich and flavorful, paired perfectly with a buss up shot. We also tried the doubles, which were deliciously spiced and hit the spot. The service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're craving quality Caribbean food with great service, this place is definitely worth a visit!
