Every time I have come here staff has been nice and super helpful. This place gets pretty busy earlier in the day. It's a nice little walk from the theatre and some restaurants, parking can be a little tough to find. It's usually pretty clean inside, and the drinks are good but can be a little sweet depending on what you order. 4 stars because the first or second time i came i got a drink and ordered a small box of munching and ended up waiting a while, when regulars where coming in getting their orders before they even paid. I had to ask the girl for the box of munchkins.

This is the best dunkin on the treasure coast! All of the employees are always so nice and they make my coffee the best! I LOVE that they don’t have a drive thru (takes the chaos away)

Regarding the food and drinks, it's what you would expect to receive from a Dunkin. The staff is the best though. I've been going here for about 4 years and they have always been polite and nice to me. They remember me and my preferences too. The location is great, being on the corner in downtown. I love sitting outside and drinking coffee. The sun definitely dictates what side of the building you have to sit on. There are 4 outside tables. They wobble badly and the seats are pretty uncomfortable. The seats are metal chairs and the back has a metal tubing that sticks in your back. The inside of Dunkin is always clean and there is typically seating available inside, which is more comfortable on the body.Parking: There is roadside parking up and down the street. It is 2-hour parking on the weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm. There is also a parking garage a little south of Dunkin on the same road.
