This morning I came in to get a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with sweet tea and a everything bagel toasted. I notice my bagel had regular cream cheese instead of strawberry. The lady at the drive through was very nice . She told the lady that was making the food about her mistake. But I got all the way to work and my refresher was disgusting. It was made with green tea and my bagel was not toasted completely I threw everything in the garbage. I called the number listed on Google it's unreachable horrible service

The mic was not workimg and when i deove up to window and explained that we had waited and no help for 5 min . The lady was mad at us and said we needed ro circle again to the end of the line and wait. That was very rude and waste of my time . They lost a customer for that. I know a nice place next door called starbucks who has more reapect for customers .

This is the most horrible Dunking I’ve been to! Horrible customer service! Horrible staff! They sell Dunking cups but they have never heard of refilling them! That’s absolutely ridiculous!! If this location can’t handle basic courtesy or accuracy, they shouldn’t be serving customers. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone.

If I could put 0 I would had the worst experience with Jakeem was only asked questions on refill and the manager and her got uptight and said I don’t have time to talk to rude customers and she didn’t have uniform properly on her head piece all over the place she needs to be fired and the whole store needs to be retrained horrible place I will tell everyone else to go to downtown or to the one by boost in fort Pierce since they have exceptional service and have never ever made anyone go through this .

Jakeem supper rude said they do not do refills on dunkin cups manager rude aswell Never go there walked out.Went to the one down town got a refill as I have for years no issue great service downtown .

Wait for a simple sausage egg cheese bagel and hashbrown took almost 30 minutes for the employee to come out and say they lost my order and asked for my receipt. Worse service I ever had a DD.
Mobile ordered. No one was in the drive thru line, we instead of driving around the building we simply pulled up to the window. Guy gave us an attitude told us to use the speaker next time. What’s the issue? You’ll just tell us to pull up anyways. Next problem, the coffee is horribly watered down. Gross.

Went in for a paper application because they have a sign on the door saying "Now Hiring" and the manager refused to acknowledge my presence even though she could CLEARLY see me at the front and when the other worker came up and said something to her she said "We're not doing applications." If you aren't taking applications then WHY HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS YOURE HIRING?! Terrible service. Would not recommend.
