I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like something needed to be said about my experience there today. Wraps were great, coffee was great, and everyone was super kind, welcoming, and considerate except for Tina. When I walked in there was a girl ready to take my order, there wasn’t much of a line, she was super nice but the whole time I was giving her my order (I had to give it to her 3 times because of this, not her fault at all) Tina was yelling at her not to “touch her computer again” and not to “touch her money” when the girl was just trying to help and lower the wait time to make a better experience for me, the customer, while still following Tina’s commands by not ringing me up but just taking my order.
Tina said she would report the girl to the boss for touching her stuff which I see as completely unacceptable. As someone who also works in customer service any little bit of help from my coworkers is always appreciated. The way Tina treated that young girl there was very shocking. Especially in a place I would expect to find fun, as it has coffee, my favorite thing. When she took over the computer from the poor girl, she didn’t say anything to me. She just handed me my receipt while still yelling at the girl. Overall, everyone there was again, very sweet and makes great coffee and food, besides Tina.

Typically I don’t go right before close but I really wanted a coffee, 8 minutes before close the cashier was still extremely nice and professional which is shocking for any fast food, but everything was made quickly and everything was really good quality! This store is definitely trained very well.
Rude as hell, I go here almost every morning before work and this lady decides to have a full blown conversation at the window. Mind you it’s pouring down raining and I’m headed to work. It’s no reason your manager should be talking to you while a customer is waiting at the window for 3 plus minutes watching y’all laugh. As a manager if you have to speak to your employees wait till after you serve your customer inconsiderate mfs!
