This is the 3rd time I have went threw and sat there forever and no one even took my order and had to drive off

Got gas at the station and bought lottery tickets there

A while ago, I asked the workers if they were hiring. The guy said he had to check with a manager. A short white manager proceeds to tell off that worker and demanded to know why “I was just standing there.” He told her that I was wondering if they were hiring. She also talked rudely about me IN FRONT OF ME. I walked out after that interaction. I told my dad about it later and he said that the workers at this location are rude to each other and customers, including him whenever he had went there.

Stopped there on July 12, 2025 around 9am and my coffee and food was made absolutely right!! The morning crew is the best!

Posting this so the worker who argued with me that she put 6 creams in my coffee but then oh no maybe I put 5. You put zero(left coffee). I have gotten the same coffee order for about 3 years now. I went about 5 miles up the road and was greeted with a smile and my correct coffee (right). Please avoid this Dunkin as they filled out the application for this job but OBVIOUSLY don’t like their job.

I can’t give my neighborhood dunkin another chance. I asked for strawberry cream cheese on the side and I get regular cream cheese spread on my bagel. This is the same place that told me they don’t spread it on a bagel mind you. Order is messed up 7/10 times. I’m done! Dunkin do better. Like seriously.

Waited several minutes and nobody came up to take my order. Moved to the other side because someone was standing there. However, was ignored and someone offered to help the person who came in behind me. What the hell?

I want to give special recognition to Jazlynn for her amazing customer service! Will definitely go here again! My daughter said it was the best maple sandwich she has ever had at an Dunkin’ location. Loved my frozen coffee!

In the drive thru line right now, and they’ve only served 4 cars in 25 minutes. That’s pretty crazy.
