I went in to purchase a case of oxtail. I waited a whole 5 minutes at counter No staff member behind counter ever acknowledged me . Eventually a staff member on floor asked can she help me and pointed over there. I walked over to cashier and asked for management. The cashier asked can she help I explained what happened. I’ve lived in Vero for some time now and Up until todays visit, I would always recommend this establishment. Back in December I was contacted by Juan at Guys as a courtesy asking if I wanted to order a half a dry aged prime rib roast as it was something I asked for the year prior and they don’t usually do it unless they have another person interested in a half.
