Best smash burger and cuban sandwich here on the Treasure Coast and if you don't like that they have BBQ ribs, pulled pork, brisket that melts in your mouth and not in your hand. With all that being said the prices are unbeatable with the quantity amount of food but also at a very reasonable price. Go check them out before they sell out and you miss out.
This is the most welcoming and family oriented food truck that I have come across. The food tastes fantastic! Scott and his son Elijah are delightful to interact with. Not sure what you want, ask for a sample! We live in Vero Beach and won't hesitate to make the drive to Fort Pierce where they are located. I cannot say enough good things about this place; High on the Hog is incredibly mouth watering delicious

My wife and I drove 40 minutes north last Wednesday to try high on the hog. We got the double smash burger and the pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent. The pulled pork was the best I’ve ever had. I was offered the last rack of ribs they had for the day, and in the moment, I declined the offer. In hindsight, I should have taken them up on it with how good everything else was. The upside is I have something to look forward to trying when we return!
