Great food!Only thing I would say is, maybe the people that work there can be a little bit nicer when it comes to talking to a customer.When I went for the very first time I had some questions about the menu and whoever was tending to me seemed somewhat annoyed.There was no one behind me so I wasn’t holding up any lines and it wasn’t late so they weren’t ready to close. Specially if it’s the first time ever stepping my foot in there.Just keep that thought for the next person.
Love Jamaican food! Lots of room for improvements. Rice: good portion and decent flavor; Cabbage: small portion but great flavor; Oxtail: only 3 small pieces (mostly fat) / decent flavor. You get much more food in

I would score this place 4 stars but their hours are not consistent with their door sign nor Google. It’s hard to catch them open even now, it says that they open at 11 and it’s 11:21 but there’s no sign that anyone showed up. Although the food is good, it’s hard to support small businesses when they’re not operating as listed. #dobettaforlongjevity

No stars! She picks over the food to give you! Very little oxtails for to much money! The rice has no flavor, watered down and the cabbage was hard not done! No cornbread comes with the meal like other Jamaican places! It’s a no go for me! Sorry I will not be returning yuck!

I ordered the large stew peas and large brown stew chicken. But my focus is the stew peas with white rice. First of all, I have many suggestions not to complain because the food is delicious. I did not get any vegetables (sides). Even if you do not serve a vegetable with it, make it an exception to start adding vegetables to all meals. This way, it will complement the meal. Second, you only give two single spinners (dumplings), which is a turn-off because one of the purposes of the stew peas is the dumplings. If there is a flour shortage, a store called Presidente in West Palm, Florida, sells 25lb of flour for $3. Third, less pigtail and more cowfoot. That is a no-no because what if people do not like cowfoot or the combination. Next time add it to the menu or notify the customers that stew peas have cowfoot added to it. Last but not least, I hope that you will not take my suggestion as bad, but rather as advice to make changes. Above all, the meal was delicious, and I will recommend you to all my family and friends.
